Adorable location and delicious bowl. I had tropical bowl with peanut butter and it was perfect! Their GF granola is really nice (you have to ask specifically that it be prepared with gluten free granola and they charge it as an add on if it’s GF even if the bowl already comes with granola).

Clean. Tasty. AMAZING. I ordered the Tropical Bowl and have to say, it is nothing less than a treat! I invite all of my colleagues to Vitality Bowl in Alpharetta for all my meetings and eatings. So good! Clean and friendly faces as well. This is also a must do downtown destination anytime I’m in the area!!

Love this place. The vitality bowl is to die for….so yummy. Mostly great experience but my daughter mentioned they were rude to her once when she called in to place an order. So they should train their staff on how to treat their customers.

Visiting from California so first time at Vitality Bowls, ordered Protein power and dragon smoothies. Both were delicious, refreshing, and of course organic, so beyond my expectations Very kind and charming staff and more importantly nice, cozy and clean environment. Would definitely recommend anyone to check out this place.

Terrible customer service with absolutely rude manager. All her customer service was offering to refund my money back instead of providing us good service or solving our problems. Why? Because she forget to buy some milk for the store lol.

I am amazed at this place! It is so wonderful to see such amazing staff and we always feel welcomed here! I always receive my food in a prompt manner and I never have to wait too long for what feels like some of the freshest food in alpharetta!

Rude staff members. Cant believe this business is still open. I was very disappointed when I was yelled at by the owners’ daughter when I tried to use the restroom. They were closing and I use to come often and she rudely commanded me to leave. That could’ve been handled much nicer.

Food was good. Service from older gal with dark hair was dreadful. She prepared food incorrectly and instead of preparing our food for eat-in, she packaged to-go and insisted we take our service dog outside (8 pound seizure support dog – it was 30 degrees outside!). She had energy that you may want to avoid. I guess she forgot she is in a “service” industry and being kind and at least courteous matters. I will not support this business again. She has disrupted my observation of Alpharetta being one of the friendliest places we have lived.
