The waitress we had named Karen was not good at all. She couldn’t handle the 3 tables that were at the store. She had a hard time dealing with 1. We sat there with our cups empty for 20 min after she brought us our food so we got to eat with nothing to wash it down. She didn’t tell the cook the order correctly so when she brought the food out it had to go right back and then she got defensive when it was brought to her attention. She didn’t want to deal with it so she sent the manager over. The manager fixed everything with the food and the bill because she was arguing with us about the bill. She turned out to be wrong and the manager had to correct that also. The table beside us had to wait so long on their drinks they had to ask for them and they ended up getting their food at the same time. If she’s not able to deal with customers and making mistakes then working with the public is not for her.

Reginald and the cook (forgive me I didn’t catch his name) were phenomenal! They were the only two working and did an amazing job. Food was as ordered and hot! They were joking around and has great conversation. Best service we’ve had in a while!!

While the people are very friendly every time we go here the order gets messed up and tonight was the cherry on the cake. We live about 20 mins from this location. We ordered and my husband ordered hash covered in top (which it wasn’t) and I ordered the all star and there was no meat. Now like I said it was a 40 min round trip to get this food so I decided to call to makw the manager aware and the message says they are not taking to go orders over the phone so you can’t even talk to them. This is ridiculous.

The manager got an attitude with me about my daughters order. Been coming here for years and never had an issue with them putting her eggs on the side of her meal instead of mixing them in. She said that if that’s the way they been doing it, then it’s wrong! I have never been treated this way before. The people are usually friendly but the manager is rude. Don’t think we will be coming back again. Will go to another waffle house before coming back to this one.

Lots of confusion about who was waiting on us. So I left no tip. Place wasn’t clean when we walked in our busy. One of waitress seems to have problems working as a team. One waitress took our order and then another she came and took our order rewriting it again so they first waitress had nothing to do.

All tables dirty in restaurant three employees doing nothing in the back and only one person upfront working. We didn’t wanna stand 40 minutes waiting on somebody to do some work so we left instead of ordering some food. Horrible service manager oughta be fired.

I love this place, they’re always so friendly and fast. Never had any major issues coming to eat here and i prefer it over the one in Fuquay. My only complaint is they have one booth that gets blasted by the ac sometimes and makes the food cold fast.
