Manager seated us at a dirty table, which we cleared ourselves while he watched and the he sat down to order his own breakfast. Server ignored us for over ten minutes, taking orders from people who came in after us. When we left because of no service she did not apologize. Rude staff, dirty restaurant. The cooks seemed to be the only people actually working. Sad that my neighborhood WH has completely deteriorated.

So the under educated server that Sunday morning told me I had to dine in to order food to go . So I placed my order and I ate my waffle and then asked for a to- go container for my remaining food, I was already given my check and I was paying the bill and the lady refused me a togo container cause she said it was to dine in..Tell me when the right to take your own paid meal home is not permitted unless you ordered online .. . Makes no sense at all!!!!!!! Unfortunately I will no longer spend anymore money with this company thanks to that miserable ****-** *****….

Worse experience ever the waiter BROOKLYN just in the back running her mouth. She told the cook to give me a hard waffle and she told him I wouldn’t notice it so as soon as she brought it to the table I told her I’m not eating it and then she ask is it too hard when she the one that said to give me the hard waffle anyway. We never got any refills she didn’t give me any syrup she was in the back running her mouth and when I called her she was still running her mouth. She didn’t care about us at all never asked how we we’re doing or anything just just ran her mouth with the cook and the crazy part is they wasn’t even busy it was only one table occupied other than us ..PURE LAZINESS DEFINITELY NO TIP. .

Came here in the middle of the night during the week Cook was the fastest I’ve ever seen, and the food was on point that he made, but the server, SONYA was slow and worried about 100 other things that had no importance and was busy telling me about all her life’s problems and she would not stop talking about her self once.
