Staff is borderline rude , no manners stopped in the middle of taking my order to tell coworkers a joke. Food order taken correctly but was not made correct and items were missing. I had to go back in to get it corrected and they made it seem like I was bothering their hang out and they want $15 per hr. Won’t give this establishment another dime of my hard earned money!

Good food and people except for the heavyset girl who works drive through taking orders. She is constantly rude to her customers and whoever hands out the food, I dont think she is a manager but she acts like one while she is screaming in front of customers. I had one of the managers in a purple shirt talk to me after I witnessed her pushing people out of the way and yelling and she said that she would report it. I have been going here for years and havent said anything about it, but whenever I had to encounter her, she always caused an issue whether with missing food, incorrect drinks, or unprofessional behavior with her coworkers.

This Wendy’s is not that good. I have been here twice and both times nit good. Both time through drive thru. Fries were not fresh, #1 single was ok. In general Wendy’s is my favorite of the three big fast food places. Steer clear of this one.

Fast food is not my first choice, but if in a hurry, on the road, or making someone happy it’s why it continues to be a success. Many thanks for these reasons to franchise owners and all of the employees who for the most part do a great job taking orders and giving customers their food within minutes. In one of these situations today, thanks to the Torrington Wendy’s for the new cheddar bacon chicken sandwich with bacon jam and cheddar roll and fried onions. Kudos to the corporate team that creates new menu items. My grilled chicken sandwich with avocado and bacon is still delicious…not sure if it is on the menu…might have to ask for it driving thru…

It has great food. The service was really slow , the guy kept getting me co fused with the other guy wearing a white shirt and tie. Ice was out of the soda machine. Otherwise I had a great time and enjoyed a frosty frys and chicken nuggets.

Went in last night with my brother to try to avoid a backed-up drive-thru, only to find that inside, it was just as busy due to a malfunction with the computer. The manager (Michael?) was able to humor the waiting guests in the front while managing an obviously understaffed team without batting an eye. We mostly just went to use up a coupon, but I’d go back just for the service. Give them all a raise, but a shout out to an especially adept manager for holding down the fort!
