The Dave’s Double was awesome. The service was good, but the only reason I knock them for service is that they gave me an unsweetened tea instead of sweet and the person making the sandwich apparently was new and thought XT on pickles and onions meant none when it actually meant extra. I had to go back in twice……

Being out here in Loris, when fast food restaurants are limited one would likely expect fast food restaurants to be open in accordance to the hours posted right? Wrong. Despite hours of operation clearly posted on doors explicitly on windows and doors. Upon arrival there was another driver whom had just pulled off as we pulled up at at 1:38am and waited at intercom til nearly 1:44 before proceeding to window. At window there were two (pink) iced drinks and visible where 1 if not 2 workers whom blatantly ignored us. No apologies as for why the drive through was closed, no notices posted and in otherwords presented unethical business practices.

I went to Wendy’s. I ordered 3 combos and 2 chili’s. I asked for crackers, the lady at the window rudely said they are in there. I called back beacuse I asked for them before I left. If you pay money to eat somewhere and they don’t want to give you what you ask for, YOU DONT GO BACK. This is not the first time I have had issues with this place. I order large sides, pay extra for them and get small/regular sides.

I have given this place so many chances… I am a previous Wendy’s employee and I am absolutely mortified by this location. The staff including management is completely rude, aggressive and just flat out nasty. Food orders are ALWAYS wrong. They are always out of just about everything, never remember sauces and when you take the time to go back they argue with you about your order saying you are lying and/or wrong. The owners should honestly shut the doors and start off fresh with a new staff or maybe corporate should interfere and should just shut the place down. The employees don’t care about their jobs anyway, clearly.

everything was good and fries, burger and nugs were fresh (no stale/cold taste)! no trouble ordering- order was correct the first time around! friendly staff! i got the apple/pecan salad- dressing tasted pretty stale (something was very off with the flavor- it was the pomegranate vinaigrette).. it was a bit overpriced for what it was- but i wanted a salad..

Kids walked up to wendys and doors locked. People inside eating. Kids call and advise manager and manger stated shorted staffed and they would have to go to drive thru. Kids told her they was walking and she told them she didnt know what to tell them. I know what to tell them. Keep your food and sorry attitude. People already inside must be better than my family

I only received one sauce packet to split between two nugget meals, (even when asking for sauces for both meals) I was however blessed with 3 napkins, they must of had a shortage on straws too because I didn’t receive any (but I mean who doesn’t like fighting a lid every time you want to drink). Dry cold hamburgers looks like they made them and put them in plastic drawers till they needed them no hot & juicy there!! I ordered 2 singles with no ketchup and 2 chicken sandwiches they made my hamburgers and they didn’t have any cooked chicken they put chicken in the fryer they put my hamburgers in a bag and set them 2 the side the girl didn’t know what was in there so she checked the bag unwrapped em and pulled the bun apart with her fingers to look. I told her to remake them and she got an attitude she remade them put a bag on the counter,threw them in a bag and said a smart *** remark I got home and my burgers were plain I will never go to Wendy’s ever again
