Ordered 3 combos when I got to window they handed me food was missing my fries for 3 combo. Told them this I get a bag and I don’t check it thinking they actually listen. I get back it’s only 1 fry in the bag. Then they didn’t put any pickles on my sandwich when I asked for exta pickles. Food is good but y’all don’t listen worth a damn

We initially went through the drive through. When we pulled off, we realized that our order was incomplete. When I went in, I was prepared to pay because I’d noticed that my order was printed incorrectly on the receipt. I approached the counter and told the lady what I was missing, she was gracious, took care of it, and I didn’t have to pay!

I want to say I posted this review for the wrong Wendy’s but I came threw the drive thru with my kids one night and there was this young man he had very shiny teeth when I say his spirit was so uplifting and caring and he had my kids laughing and I was a little down that day he really made my day with his customer service and caring attitude and you don’t get much of that today in fast food I want to say kudos to you guys for hiring him……

Wanted to eat inside so I made sure they were open on the inside. Checked the app which said they were. Then drove by to see people eating inside. Got up to the door and it was locked. Went through the drive Thru and left to find my order was wrong. I paid extra for bourbon sauce on All my sandwiches only to not have it on a single one of them.

Service was okay. The person working the drive thru did not seem pleasant and he kinda snapped at me , as this was an online order and I forgot to add a extra 10 piece and needed to do so. This may have been due to stress from the job. But I was pleasant regardless.I didn’t eat at Wendy’s this time, but two family members did and the food was to their liking I guess. No one complained about the taste or temperature of their food, other than one complaint. It was about the Apple Pecan Salad. They did not have grilled chicken, so the choice was original or spicy chicken and original was chosen, but spicy is what was on the salad. Not good. And a spicy chicken nugget was left out of our order and we had to remind them of that and wait on the nuggets.
