Satisfied the fast food craving me and my husband had. I ordered the ranch asiago chicken sandwich and he had the pretzel chicken sandwich with a large fries and Coke with no ice. Everything was fresh and we only had to wait about 7 minutes since there were 5 cars in front of us at the drive-thru.

When it comes to a new fast food restaurant being opened, there are two things you can count on: lots of customers, and lots of staff. There is always a surge of hires to begin with to account for the volume, and then as the hype dies away, there’s a merciless pruning of staff that follows. This phenomenon is fairly consistent.

My adult son stepped into this location and asked for a glass of water and was told by the cashier Scott) that”water was for paying customers” my son explained to the cashier that he was taking several antibiotics and was more sensitive to the sun and really needed to cool off. My son was treated by the emergency department recently and had his foot bandaged. The cashier went so far as to not only tell my son to take the water and leave but actually physically ESCORTED him to the door and refused to hand the glass of water to my son until he stepped out of the restaurant! When I met my son moments later to join him at Wendy’s for dinner, he explained how he was excorted out of the building by thi an employee. I felt as if something was missing from the story so I questioned the manager on duty about the interaction and asked why my son was ESCORTED from the building with no cause. The manager says the employee received a “stearn taking to”. I feel more should be done to increase Scott”a sensitivity and inclusion of people of other races and socioeconomic levels. I requested an apology from the cashier to my son for the embarrassment he caused. Dispute being given three separate opportuies to apologize, he blatantly refused. Instead, he started to explain how he was right even though the manager and every other employee in dirty was strongly encouraging him to apologize. He refused. This employee should not be working with the public. When I asked him point blank if was going to apologize he began telling us that when he was son’s she, he was in the military. What?? What does that have to do with anything? If anything, it shows that he was judging my son based on his physical appearance.

I am very disappointed that I am writing this review. We walked in and both my friend and I said it smells funny in here. We should have left, but we didn’t, we gave it a shot. We both ordered burgers. She got a soda. I also ordered a chocolate frosty and some fries. My friend went to get her drink and the drink machine looked like it had not been wiped down in months. It was so sticky with splattered drinks. She paid for a soda and tried a few but the carbonation to syrup mixture was off so bad she ended up just getting water. We originally planned to eat in, but between the smell and the fact there was not a single clean table in the restaurant, we ordered our food to go. Every table top needed to be wiped down. While we stood and waited on our food, we couldn’t help but notice the garbage and food stuffs dropped on the floor behind the counter. As for the food, it was not good. When they handed me my frosty I asked if they were sure it was a chocolate one because there was no color to it. The flavor matched the color, none. My friend ate less than 1/2 her burger because she said it tasted funny and then tossed it out her car window. Where it was quickly scarfed up by the raccoons who were running out of the weeds nearby eating anything they could find to eat. I ate my burger but then ended up with extreme intestinal discomfort (read between the lines here) a while later. I cannot say with 100% certainty that the burger caused my problem but it will be a while until I am ready to eat a Wendy’s burger again, that’s all I’m saying. This Wendy’s location has not been open long enough for it to look as bad as it did on the inside that day. I don’t know, maybe they had a super busy lunch rush and a lot of people called in sick. As I said, I’m very disappointed to be writing this review because I was so excited to finally have a Wendy’s on that side of town

Nice outside seating. Opening week it was awesome service and extremely clean. 2 months later dirty. Another couple weeks and the service was worse… Ignoring inside customers. I left after a long Wait and I had no luck with the order kiosk.

I ordered lunch through the app which included a Frosty only to find upon arriving at the restaurant that they were out of Frostys. Scott very kindly offered to replace my Frosty with a strawberry lemonade (as if that is an acceptable substitute), but I wasn’t interested because the Frosty was the reason I ordered from Wendy’s in the first place. He said he’d refund my order except he didn’t. Scott straight up stole $7.10 worth of food from me.

Was there for breakfast this am about 6:40. Ate in the nice outside area. Music was not to my liking, but will tolerate that; different tastes etc. BUT It was at a very loud volume, Would love to have an eartly breakfast there 3 or 4 times a week, but cannot abide the LOUD music.

Rather disappointed. We got there about 1.5 hours before closing time and ordered a chicken wrap combo eith a frosty and a son of baconator. We then waited at least 8-10 minutes for the food. The frosty ironically came first at minute 2 but no spoon or straw to get started while we waited. We saw the staff cleaning throughout the restaurant which was nice. However when we finally did get the food, the fries were room temperature as was the burger. And the chicken wrap tortilla was dried out and cracking. So we probably waited that long for food that had been sitting around all day and they were so busy trying to prepare for end of day that we got whatever they had left. Very disappointed. Will not be back again.

First time we visited this Wendys and we can assure you it was our last. Thursday evening and we wanted to go they drive thru and get home. Ordered food, paid at first window but when we got to the pickup window we realized they took the wrong order. Tried to explain to one of the Mangers what was happening but it appears she was having a bad day. She stood there motionless then rudely said “Can i talk now?” I told her I didn’t want the food but my money back. This obnoxious rude woman closed the window on our face and merely ignored us. I attempted to get her to come back to the window but she turned her back to us. I then proceeded to go inside and demanded our money back. The rude woman ignored us and a manager, who happened to be the woman who initially took our order, gave us our money back. I handed back the food only to be told I had to throw it in the garbage. I told the manager this was a great way to treat a military veteran in his 70’s. She didn’t seem to care and said nothing. Not even an apology for the mistake. No wonder the reviews for this “eatery” is poor at best.

I was excited to visit this new location but me and my boyfriend didn’t have a pleasant experience. The lady took our order was nice and seemed to be learning the order system (I’ve been there done that so I understand). The lady at the second window had no idea what our order was. She asked us several times what our drinks were and then handed us the wrong order. I had my boyfriend check the order and it was wrong. I kindly told them the order was wrong and the lady behind her said “no that’s their order.” We had two hamburgers in our bag when we had a spicy chicken sandwich and a 10pc nugget. They made us chicken nuggets and a new sandwich. They forgot the fries for the nuggets and we still received a hamburger. Overall, not very professional.
