The drive through had about 5 cars in it so I went inside thinking it would be quicker. There were 2 customers in front of me waiting to order and 2 customers at the pick up counter waiting for their order to be given to them. I waited for more than 10 minutes for my order to be taken. I was finally waiting at the counter for my order to be filled. The manager came over and stated teasing one of the employees with a straw and laughing. At this point, 3 employees were playing around instead of filling customer orders. I said to the manager “you have cars lined up around the building and all of us waiting here, do you really think it’s a good time to be playing around?” He response to me was “they deserve to have fun.” I responded with so they’re getting paid to have fun.” She said “yes.” So I then said “waiting on the customer should come first.” My order was handed to me and I left. This happened hours ago and I’m still upset about this and therefore I’m writing this review. I don’t begrudge anyone having fun, but work comes before play and if I were the owner of a company that depends on customers, I’d be very upset to know that they weren’t waited on before employees had “FUN.”

Drinks had no ice (who does that?), burgers were dry and cold, order was mostly wrong, guy was very rude and looked beyond stoned. I give the atmosphere an extra star because the lights on the building were bright. Avoid this place after dark.

Horrible service waited over 20 minutes for our food. Went inside to see what was going on asked to speak to a manager and the manager said they didn’t do the pull-ups, well give me someone who does once I got the food the employee said its all hot and fresh and it was the complete opposite all the food was cold and half the order was wrong. I wouldn’t recommend going to this wendys unless you wanna wait forever to just have your food cold and it be the wrong. Worst experience I’ve ever had, nothing good to say about this place horrible all around from management to employees never again. That wendys should be just shut down for how bad it is

I visited for the 1st time to try their breakfast. My advice, skip the breakfast. Stick with dinner. My breakfast sandwich was hard as a rock! No exaggeration. Rock hard. Kind of a let down, especially when you are in a hurry and don’t have time to circle back.

Two of the girls working were extremely rude on the intercom and the window. My 8 year old son was with me and he asked why they were so mean to us!! I still gave 4 stars because they got the order right and the food was good. I liked the little seating area outside too but unfortunately we won’t be going there again. No adults should be blatantly rude and use foul language when children are around and for zero reason on our part!! I understand we all have bad days but to act that way in front of a child is unacceptable in my book!!

I love Wendy’s- they always have a great variety – to choose from never leaving you with that bored feeling – always made to satisfy – of course, I have my favorite choices being the baconator and anything spicy chicken related – Most other food chains everything has a similar taste throughout their menu but I don’t find that here – did I mention I love their Chili as well

Tonight I ordered a door dash order from this Wendy’s and I had the unfortunate displeasure of receiving a tampered order. My drink being the main item tampered with, being COVERED in what appears to be pubic hair both inside and out of the cup as you can see in the photos.
