I ordered a hot dog all the way and a double cheeseburger with lettuce tomatoes Salome ketchup with an iced tea to drink. My Ice-T was sour. My hot dog was awful not sure how you can make bread rubbery? But they happened to achieve this feat. I gave the hot dog to my dog and she only ate the weenie. My hamburger had neither the lettuce or tomato I had ordered on it. It did come with a lot of gristle. My absolute first time being there will not go back. How disappointing. I’m mad I gave them money for the items I received

I was skeptical about stopping for lunch since the building looks nothing like a restaurant. Walking through the door is like stepping back in time to a diner from days gone by. The building is old and really needs to be updated but the food is good. The service leaves a lot to be desired. My drink order was wrong and I was served my meal without silverware. On the upside the prices are reasonable.

It has been years since I have ate at west end. I dropped in today and got a hamburger all the way to go. The place has really ran down even more and is in desperate need of face-lift, cleaning, etc. As I was leaving from getting my sandwich I noticed their rating was 93.5 and let me say people that is bad. With experience of working in the food industry, I’m telling you that’s not good. I got in my car and decided to at least taste my sandwich. Taste I did and one bite and threw the whole sandwich away. Honestly if I had closed my eyes and tasted it, I wouldn’t have known what kind of sandwich it was, other than knowing the texture of a hamburger. I could really go on, but there is no need. Never again will I walk into that place. I’m surprised people are eating their with a rating that low. I should have looked closed for their sanitation rating before I ordered.

I heard their breakfast was good so I figured I’d try it. Honestly the biscuit tasted like cornbread. Maybe they ran out of biscuit and needed to substitute? Who knows. But I’ve never had that before and definitely wasn’t a fan. I personally won’t be back, but it doesn’t look like they’re hurting for business anyway since the parking lot is always crowded. ♀️

Our experience was pretty bad. Went inside and a customer who obviously eats there a lot was real nice and was raving to us about the food. After a bit a waitress told us to sit anywhere, so we sat in their back room. The waitress came to help the table near us a few times but never acknowledged us. After 20 minutes of being ignored we just left. Maybe your experience will be better than ours.

I drive past this little place for 10 plus odd years and always wondered if it was good. So my wife and i decided to try it for the first time. We ordered fries, a hot dog, a patty melt, and a breakfast burrito. Unfortunately, the fries were the only thing good. I usually hate to waste food, but I may have only taken 2 bites out of that breakfast burrito. The place could definitely use a little touch up. But at least the staff was nice.

I will give it a 3 only because we have gotten fod their about 4 times and most were good the only time I didnt care for it at all was a couple months ago when we went inside for breakfast one morning. Took forever to both place our order then our drinks took what seemed like 30 minutes to get and the food even longer. My husband got coffee like always and I just gt a sweet tea and I drink some of if waiting on our food and within 15 minutes of drinking it my husband can also attest that i got very nausea and was feeling very sick the rest of the time I ened up having too take all my food with me and eat it later. And after a couple hours was feeling better that was the first and only time ever I got sick like that.
