So I order a custom sandwich with ham, lettuce, tomato, pickles and cheese. Not that hard but they screwed my order completely up and then won’t answer their phone when I try to call and correct the issue. I bought a large sandwich so 20$ down the tubes. They basically make somebody else’s sandwich but the wrong size and give it to the wrong people. Then you can’t get ahold of them. No stars 0/10 would not recommend

Got a Cali Cub from here today, to-go and first bite i noticed there wasn’t bacon on it. Go to take another bite and bit into some tough bacon bits ( like what you put on a loaded potato) but why bacon bits and not strips like a normal sandwich would be done. Opened up my sandwich and saw the nastiest looking bacon bits all on my sandwich. Half of it was big chunks of fat and i honestly don’t even know if it was bacon. Not my first bad experience here but will be my last!

Ordered sandwiches thru door-dash. When we attempted to add some vegetables thru the app via the special instructions, it stated that the location didn’t accept that and to call the store. We did. Took several attempts due to lunch hour (which is understandable). When we finally got thru, the manager attempted to tell me that I had to do it thru the door dash app. I explained to the manager what the application stated. She was rude and obviously felt she couldn’t be bothered. I’ve never had Which Which but, my sister insisted it’s good. I This review is specific to the Old Jacksonville Hwy location in Tyler.

First time ever trying this place, customer service was great, beyond what I was expecting. Luke the cashier at the time was so very helpful in helping me decide and Luke was patient and understanding with me. His service to me is the reason I’m giving a five star. Yes the sandwich was great. But Luke’s performance was beyond. He deserves to be recognized. Luke thank you. And of course, The choice of the 5 meats, 3 cheeses was delicious!! I’ll be coming back!

Highly disappointed.. The food was meh compared to other sandwhich options in the area.. Their prices are pretty high so I expected more or something “superior” My wife got the Philly and the meat was extremely bland. She thought it was roast beef so I was surprised when it said it was sirloin. I tried to “Za” which. It was also just average. Will try again with something more traditional but first impression was a let down. Was about $30 for two people.. Just sandwhich and drink. No sides or meals. Also there was no friendliness that I’d expect from the fine people of Texas.. no welcome or thanks for coming on our way out. Maybe next time.

SO delicious! These sandwiches are so fantastic. The bread is soft and the sauces are great. I’m always looking for that perfect sandwich with the perfect ratio of everything on it. I found it here. I was also surprised to find that they have gelato as well. The perfect finish. You have to go try this place. You won’t regret it.
