The owner was very welcoming and all the staff were helpful. The hard part was figuring out whether to order traditional Wisconsin supper club food, or try one of their Asian dishes! We went Asian, and it was delicious!

Wanted to try a different place and hadn’t been here for years. The salad bar was great with makings for spinach salad with bacon dressing. The rolls weree the freshest I’ve ever had. Ordered the Prime rib with Tempura shrimp. For a combo dinner, portions were ok. I’m not fond of battered seafood and had hoped the shrimp would be thinly coated. The tempura seemed a little thick. Prices are in line with other places we’ve visited.

Phenomenal!!!! Such a neat twist to the traditional supper club. Japanese dishes?? What??? Refresh your thoughts on what a supper club is. This. Is. The. American. Dream.

We have been here a couple other times for their Sat Night Prime Rib special, which is fantastic…but yesterday we decided to go but we found out they weren’t doing it right now. So we tried their Ribeye and basin wrapped scallops..steak was great but they poured some cheese sauce over the scallops and I couldn’t eat it… it was almost like a hollandaise sauce…it was not mentioned on the menu description. Staff very friendly and food variety on soup and salad bar, esp the hot bacon dressing.

This place was awesome! My husband and I and another couple tour supper clubs around the state and this was highly rated by all of us! Our bartender and server, Helen was amazing! So sweet and accommodating! Loved the traditiomal soup/salad bar and she also brought out cookies after! Would come back here for sure!

I’ve been to the Willows a few times since the new owners took over a number of years ago and continued to be impressed that they were able to maintain the high quality of the dishes (I mostly ordered steak in the past). However, I was always intrigued to try out some of the new Asian options they introduced to the menu. Needless to say a few days ago I did with my family and we were severely underwhelmed. We ordered General Lee’s chicken and the sesame chicken to go. The chicken was merely your average frozen chicken tenders/nuggets deep fried and coated with what I assume was also some jarred sauce, of which was nothing to call home about in quality. The rice was extremely dry as well. I had expected a premium product for the price they charge for the meals but instead felt like I was eating something a dive bar would throw together when you asked for chinese food and it wasn’t on the menu. Just at double/triple the cost. If I hadn’t eaten here many times before I probably would not return again. However, given I have had many great meals from them, I’m willing to give them a second chance, just not with the Asian options.

The food is out of this world. I had prime rib hugh cut done to perfection. Always a warm cookie after dinner. We had 3 birthdays in our party. All 3 got cupcakes w/ candles. Delicious! The bartender is very personable. Helen the owner is bubbly & sweet, making you feel at home . She always welcomes everyone like friends. Place is very clean. Wonderful place to eat.

One of the best supper clubs in wisconsin and we’ve eaten at dozens and dozens of them. The prime rib is fantastic, made to order, medium and medium well each. Don’t miss the cheese spead, the chef says there’s garlic but refuses to tell the other ingredients which only adds to the mystery of how delicious it is. Love this place.

The Willows Supper Club should be renamed to China House in my opinion, every supper club I’ve been to has stuck to the traditional menu and didn’t include Chinese food. I couldn’t find a menu on-line whats so ever and didn’t really care to take a picture of it as I know I wouldn’t be coming back. My wife and son had the teriyaki chicken and beef, the beef was tender the chicken was dried out and tough. I had the salad bar…more like a salad bar from a No1 Chinese restaurant, ice burg lettuce was what they served with some really bad dressing’s. They did have an awesome beef barley soup tho…I had 3 cups. I found it surprising that there were not free refills on soda. I would say this place is over priced and by far not that fancy to charge what they charge.

We’ve dined here twice since the new owners opened their doors and both visits were very satisfying. The prime rib was perfectly done, tender and delicious. They have maintained the same tasty salad bar as previous owners complete with the hot bacon dressing. The food is very good and, unfortunately, I think many of the old clientele are under the impression new owners means changed food. So not true in this case. Yes. There are some new items on the menu, however, the old favorites remain. Next visit I’d like to try the Parmesan Crusted Haddock which sounds amazing.
