I’ve tried to er here twice in the last year and both terrible experiences. App stated 23-28 minutes on my order, not an hour and eight minutes! Add to that when I finally get my food the fries are old and cold so had to get a new order of fries. They clearly prioritize door dash orders over app orders and will NOT take an order in the store. It’s run by a bunch of children with zero urgency or customer service skills. You can’t say it’s the age, because kids work at chick fil a too, but have leadership and guidance. JUST STAY AWAY. Save the time, energy, and money because they are truly an unacceptable life experience!! Too much money for the food and service! This location needs to be shut all the way down!

I had to wait a HOUR for my food to get done. I got there and they were just getting started on my order. Right before this a costumer had thrown ice at an employee. This doesn’t sit right with me that I HAD TO WAIT A HOUR AND 30 MIN FOR MY FOOD. Wingstop do better I’ll take my service to American deli from now on!

Located in a Walmart plaza. Plenty of parking. Dine in or take out. Limited seating for dine in. Sometimes clean and sometimes does not look clean. (This is why I rated it a three). Delivery services will have to go inside to pickup. ( food may or may not be ready). Therefore delivery services you may have to wait. It would be nice for delivery services if there is a wait time before food is ready offer a free drink

Honestly this place is a hit or miss. I would avoid this location because the service is inconsistent they lack to have a staff that actually knows how to run a busy restaurant and hate dealing with the complaints. I placed an online order at 8:09 and since I knew it was Saturday I decided to hold off a few more minutes before arriving to the restaurant. Once I arrived I was told by the cashier to wait 15/20 minutes which I understood because they looked busy. However I did not anticipate waiting an hour and a half. Customers who placed their orders while I was waiting got theirs and the orders where bigger than mine. I would’ve understood if my order was an obscenely large but it wasn’t. Others placed 10 meals in one order and my little meal still wasn’t given. This experience was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. DO BETTER MANAGEMENT

The food was good The service was a little weak. We ended up waiting for 48 minutes for our wings. But they try to make it up by giving us extra food which that was pretty cool. But overall it’s a good place they have good flavors of wings just the service it’s a little bit weak they need more help in the back. But people were very respectful I do appreciate that.

Loved the workers and the service I received today. very great food and very nice people, however I was shocked to see when I walked in it was dark and very hot The AC was off. how could you have these people working In these types of conditions. Went in last minute because my daughter wanted wings and this was the closest place..my past experience had not been the best food wise so I was hesitant but went anyways..they have a new manager thank goodness (Jermaine) I think…he provided great customer service and the wings were on point. Definitely an upgrade from previous experience..Hopefully he can help turn this place around
