I’ve gotten wings from this place twice now and have bad experiences with the food both times, so I decided to do something about it the second time. I spoke to the manager who said his name was Dante, and he made an excuse for the food not being made the way it’s supposed to be made, I ordered 2 large Cajun fried corns with extra seasoning and it had ZERO seasoning and a lot of them were burnt which made some parts of the corn get burned off and this was the second time I had this issue, his excuse for this was that he’s been “training” a new employee and that the oil was probably not changed if the corn came out this way which is more than concerning and unsanitary, but I mentioned this wasn’t the first time and he just dismissed me and didn’t sound like he cared at all. The new lemon herb is advertised to have a good amount of seasoning that is very visible on their advertisements and when I received it, it looked completely naked as if I ordered no seasoning whatsoever and the Louisiana Rub wings had the same issue and was told it’s so that it’s not too “salty” yet when I’ve ordered from other locations it comes out perfectly with the same amount of seasoning it’s advertised to have. I spent almost $40 on the whole thing paying for these seasoned wings just to get naked wings and burnt unseasoned corn. It’s extremely disappointing to drive about 20 minutes and spend $40 to get food that wasn’t made right at all and just to have a careless manager to speak to when bringing up the issue. Tried to be as respectful as I can be and I even said I had pictures of the food to show them proof and still got shrugged off and told “Is that all” after a long pause of silence from him when I explained all of this, was told I’d get a remake of just these two wings and the corn, and I wonder if it will even comes out right this time, I’m hoping that management gets looked into or changed and these employees get trained properly, you can’t expect your employees to be up to par when you have a manager with a careless attitude and dismissive tone. Customer service was horrible and the food was just as horrible.

We ordered our food, after 25 minutes…no food, tried to get a refund, and leave, but couldn’t get a refund. We were at the mercy of the incompetent staff. There seemed to be total confusion on behalf of the staff. Staff was very rude. At one point one of the staff told us we had already been given our food. Not so, after a very heated discussion with the manager….they finally admitted that we hadn’t received our food. Once again we told them we wanted to leave and asked for a refund. They hadn’t begun to prepare our food at this point. The answer was no. Finally got our food after waiting for 45 minutes. One of the orders was wrong but we dare not return it and wait another 45 minutes while it was being corrected. Also no paper towels near the drink machine or napkins no toilet paper in the bathroom, bathroom was filthy. We wouldn’t be back to this location. I will spend my hard earned money somewhere else.

The wings are great but the fries are just terrible. This has been a problem since they opened this new store. They are always just limp, greasy, and gross. They never look fresh and crispy like in the pictures. As I walked thru the place I could see baskets of uneaten fries everywhere. Can’t they figure out a way to make them light and crispy? Did I mention the wings are great?

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Got the Spicy Korean Q bone in wings. They were cooked perfect and the wings are decent sized. The sauce was very good without being overly spicy. I opted for carrots and celery over fries. All in all I would be happy to go back to this location.

I ordered the 10 piece bone-in wings online to pick up. Staff was not very friendly gave him my name he got the food and he said here and walked away not much of a personality. They seem like he was bothered that I was even there if you don’t want to deal with people then maybe he shouldn’t work in a place that deals with people. The food itself was mediocre it definitely was not up to the value of what you spend the wings are very small and Dinky barely any meat on them, I figure with a wing place that the wings would be a lot better than that but that is not the case. The fries are a bit weird they have a strange sweet taste to them. Overall place is lacking of customer service and is not a good value for what you’re spending I would definitely say overpriced for what you get. I seriously doubt I will return.

We have been to this location in haysland Square twice. Both times our order was wrong. I went back in twice today to get the order right and they still did not do it right. I will never go back to this location again. I will say she Wing Stop on University drive has always been great.
