We placed an online order on April 18. After charges went through our bank we realized Wing Stop had charged us twice. ($53.18) I called the next day and talked to someone. They said they took the information and would call back. No response. Fast forward…it is July 15. We have called 7 times and told the. 7 times the situation. We have the order number , all details they need and we have yet to hear back from them. We live two hours from the dixie highway store. we ordered to pick up and bring home. Never again

Wish I would have read these reviews before going into this establishment, as soon as I walked in the door I knew it was a mistake, the dining area was hot, there are boxes stacked everywhere, there was a nice young lady that took my order, the rest of staff seemed like they were chillin’ at a club. Very long wait time, for cold soggy fries and meh tasting wings. First and last time I’ll ever go to this wing stop again. Do better.

Rude, errogant, Unprofessional buisness with 0 accountability. Apparently the manager is everything from manager to district to regional manager yeah right lmao. Would rate negative stars if I could for lying to my face too. Ordered wings and fries. Left the place and opened the bag to eat and realized no fries. I turned around and drove back to get the fries. The woman in charge that day was so loud and rude to one of the workers in front of everyone, even though the girl was on break. I drove maybe 3 minutes to work and tried to eat, but the fries were kinda cold and stale. I was told to take them back and get more, but I don’t like wasting my time for that.

So when I got here they only had one deep fryer down with chicken in it amongst the 7 deep fryer that they had . Since most of their employees were out smoking dope in the front and chilling too loud music in their car I was told that there was going to be a 45 minute wait time for a simple Wing order. Mind you there’s nobody in the store but they all looking at me

I would’ve given wingstop 5 stars , but the service isn’t the best . They need more people working there , I never see more than 2 people in there . It takes forever everytime for me to receive my food . But besides that I think the food is very good , & almost worth waiting for everytime I go . I’d go more often if they had more employees.
