Today at around 12ish. I went in and ordered a six piece classic mango habanero To-go. I waited a good 15-20 minutes while orders kept coming out and out. After waiting that long I just went up to the cashier/manager and asked if my order could please be canceled, yes I used those exact words, and I was told yes it can be.

The stars are for the food not the overly annoyed person working the register that seemed pissed we were trying to figure out what we wanted, also be sure and show up before you’re hungry! One other table with people at it 5 employees and it took 25 minutes to get 2 sandwiches and fries! Maybe you will get hungry while you wait!

I absolutely love Wingstop. I have been going since I was a kid and always enjoyed their food. However, more recently the fries have been inconsistent. They are my favorite part and yet when I order the fries, they have little (more often no) seasoning on them. And the only time they put the correct amount that they always have is when you ask for extra. But sometimes when you ask for extra, they put a horrible amount on them. I would be grateful if there was some consistency implemented.

Wingstop Sherman Texas: the place where you pay for 10 wings and get 8… Scam. I didn’t even bother to ask for the missing 2 wings because I knew it would take another 30 minutes. Not the money I’m worried about, just the principle of the fact. Last time I went there they were short 1 wing, and both the flavors were wrong. Go to Buffalo Wild Wings instead! Although you pay just a TINY bit more, your order is 100% correct every time and they do everything they can to make it right in the event its not. The only thing I’m ever satisfied about regarding Wingstop is the pricey $5 modelo, because how do you mess that up!? We should all band together and complain to BBB… Maybe that will light a fire under their rears. P.S. Used to work at Wingstop 8 years ago and it takes 9 minutes tops to fry wings, and they are huge industrial fryers too.

I ordered the lemon pepper wings and the lemon garlic wings . Well when I got home and checked the bag I got lemon pepper wings and garlic parmasean. Lucky no one in my house is allergic to that. I need wing stop to do better. Hopefully next time they will get it right.

Got here 10 mons early for my order that was supposed to be ready at 5 and order was put in at least 2 hrs early. It’s 15 mins after 5 and still no food. Whats the use of calling in a order for pickup at 5 if its not ready? Will not be back.
