I have driven by this place many times. I absolutely love roast beef. I am almost 50 years old and I have never, ever had roast beef like this. It is fresh and non fatty. I got the big roast beef which only cost seven dollars and it was so fresh and flavorful. It is amazing with their homemade horseradish sauce. I also had sauerkraut and American cheese and the bread was not bulky at all. The sandwich was literally phenomenal and everyone should experience the sandwich at least once. The customer service was absolutely amazing as I told them I had never had one of their sandwiches. Super nice super yummy and I will absolutely go back. Tell everyone you know!

Great local hole in the wall spot with personable staff. Everything we ordered was perfect, the buns are toasted on a grill and send the sandwiches over the top! Worth the detour!

We have had the North Shore Roast Beef from Mass and NH so when we found out there was a place in Maine to get them we drove an hour. We got the Super RB and the Big RB. We took them to go as there was no AC in the restaurant and it was hot both inside and out. We were rather unimpressed with the sandwiches. The Super and Big seemed to be the same size and no way was the Super a super sandwich compared to the others we have eaten. They were good tasting but after reading the reviews and driving an hour we were expecting more. We will not go out of our way to eat here again.

Always enjoy our local roast beef shop! We’ve been going here for years as it has changed hands. It’s currently as tasty as ever. We enjoy the friendly service and the super yummy sandwiches. Get them three way which includes mayo, BBQ sauce & horseradish sauce. So good! Throw in some tater tots for a fun lunch or dinner. Glad we have this shop in our downtown! Keep up the great work.

This is a must stop anytime you are in the area. The best roast beef sandwich you will find in Maine, without a doubt. Try the super four way with their homemade horseradish and BBQ sauce on a toasted bun, so good…The staff is super helpful, super hard working and they always have a smile on their faces. Definitely a great spot for lunch, you won’t be disappointed.
