After a long day in the car and a lot of walking around Providence, my boyfriend and I decided to call it early, pick up some drinks, and order in. Wise Guys was one of his go to places when he lived here, so it was our dinner choice. While ordering, I realized we bought Jameson but forgot the pickle juice for pickle backs….I pasted in a note requesting two or three or those little condiment cups of pickle juice, even offered to pay extra. When the order got here, I wondered if they would even entertain the request…they went above and beyond and sent a big containers worth!! With our best glassware (red solo cups), we cheers to them, as well as their great food!

The food was so horrendous, service was over the top disrespectful and when I got home and saw what I paid for, wiseguys I right. I’ll definitely be back, not for lunch or dinner but to get what they owe me. This is a disgrace to federal hill and the Italian American community. Non Italians cooking non Italian food glorifying Italian mobster. This is unbelievable. They need to be shut down for the food they serve and the persona they r marketing. Get rid of them. I’ll be back and can’t wait to meet the owner

These guys get a bad rap in reviews but I have had minimal issues with them in 5 years. We come here every year for Comic Con. I probably order 3/5 days with them during my stay. I order anywhere from 1am to 10pm and my order always arrives fast, hot. Pizza. Calzones. Sandwiches. Apps. Dessert. Whateva. It is decent food for a decent price. I’ve maybe been shorted a soda, twice. Always rectified with my next order. They have never been rude when I call. I want to share how they packed my last order, and the food that came with it. Baked Ziti. Manicotti. Came with salad and a garlic knot each. Carrot cake and tiramisu. It was packed with care and included utensils. My only gripe, if I pay online with card, I don’t tip with it. I always note *CASH TIP. When the delivery guy comes to the hotel, he drops in the lobby. Wise Guys, if you read this- tell him he’d get a lot more tips if he waited a couple minutes or delivered to the room. Otherwise, thank you. You’ll get my dinner order tomorrow night and we’ll see you next year!

This is the second time I’ve had wise guys. This time we ordered two small pizzas, a sandwich and a salad. We were helped by the wonderful Sarah! She was very cheery and had great customer service. She asked us if we needed to place an order or if we were picking up. During the whole transaction she was making jokes and had a great attitude. Also loved the paintings in the restaurant, gave the place a cool vibe. Now for the food: everything was delicious, hot and ready immediately when we picked up. The salad had generous portions of each type of vegetable. My pizza was cooked perfectly, and also had generous toppings. plenty of basil which i LOVE. Will be ordering here again, a great local spot with friendly employees and great food.

This is my boyfriends and my favorite take out spot! We always get something different and it’s always so good! Tonight I got the Harry’s White Pizza and it was perfectly crispy and delicious. We’ve had fried mushrooms before, and almost all of their grinders and have never had a bad order.

Very disappointing, for the size bread the filling doesn’t match your basically paying for the bread. quality is mid at best fries burnt the names and descriptions of the sandwiches sound great but the actual sub itself is not worth it.
