So it’s difficult to describe, I’ve been in Vietnam I had tried Vietnamese food before, and it’s nice, but is not one of my favorites.

Best Bo Ne I’ve had! Located inside The Conservatory food hall, Xeo Yum is beautifully designed and offers authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

Decided to swing by for their soft opening. I had been craving Bò Lúc Lắc, and XY did NOT disappoint. Hands down the best BLL in town—the meat is unbelievably tender and the flavor was incredibly balanced. We also got the Nem Nướng Gỏi Cuốn, which my husband loved. The ratio of the ingredients was on point, and the portions are so generous (you could order it as your meal). We didn’t come for bánh xèo, but the smell was too tempting, and I’m so glad we got it. Crispy, flavorful, and chock full of meat and veggies. If you want your dipping sauce to have more kick, just ask. The staff was happy to oblige. Definitely adding this to our weekly rotation. Ambience was warm and fun—you can’t miss that signature yellow on the accent wall!

I tried Bo Luc Lac and Banh Xeo Saigon, and it was super delicious!! Especially the Banh Xeo, it was crispy!!The meat and shrimp inside were also really delicious!!! Honestly, the best thing I’ve ever tasted!! I really enjoyed the meal and left feeling happy and satisfied. I want to try other items on the menu during my next visit. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming as well. Overall, I had a fantastic dining experience and loved every bite of the delicious food

We love everything at Xeo Yum. This is one of the best authentic Vietnamese. We don’t need to come back Vietnam to taste Vietnamese food. Just come here, we can try banh xeo, banh khot, egg roll, spring rolls, shaking beef …

This new restaurant located inside the new Conservatory Food Hall is a must try. They have a small menu but they do everything right. We tried the banh xeo, banh khot, cha gio, nem nuong and everything was delicious. Banh xeo was crispy to the last bite and the filling of pork, shrimp and bean sprouts were seasoned perfectly. Dare I say it’s better than grandma’s?(sorry grandma!). The banh khot was light and crispy as well and the best I’ve had outside Vietnam. No dry nem nuong here! It was flavorful and juicy and rivals any in Houston. Truly impressed with their food and definitely will be back.
