I ordered a salad and a sandwich at the drive through, but when I got home only had a salad. Went back to the restaurant to resolve this issue. They gave me the sandwich while they yelled and played in the back. Never got an apology, the girl at the counter smiled when I told her my issue! Luckily there’s plenty of other restaurants around so I will never have to come here again! Fix your irresponsible, unprofessional atmosphere Zaxby’s.

Ordered Curb-Side through the Zaxby’s App 15 minutes BEFORE I left my house. When I pulled up in the parking lot, 8 minutes later,I confirmed that I was there for my pickup order. I sat there for 20 minutes and nobody came out with my food. I had to get out of my vehicle and knock on the locked door to get someone’s attention! The worker told me that they got my order and my conformation that I was there but, they were too busy with the drive-thru, and that they just started getting my order ready. This was just before their closing time. I sat and watched NOBODY coming through their drive-thru the whole time from the time I pulled up into the parking lot!! When the waitress finally brought my order out to me, she did NOT put any napkins or straws in the bag, they shorted me 2 chicken fingers and the dipping sauce, and the chicken was floppy when I picked it up (NOT cooked through!!). Total time it took them to fulfill my curbside order: 55 minutes!! Needless to say, I will NOT order food from THIS location ever again!!!

Zaxby’s customer service was terrible. The employees seemed disinterested and unfriendly, and I had to wait nearly 30 minutes for my food. When I finally received my order, it was incomplete and poorly prepared. I won’t be returning to Zaxby’s anytime soon.

Love the rustic old look, the walls are decked with old time sports and toys. A nice blast from the past. Given it’s more dated than the other Zaxby’s but rustic is nice too. Washrooms ar clean, crew is courteous. Only down side is that there’s some kind of stangant scent in the air.

Zaxbys is great for a quick bite. I love the tenders from here. Everything usually comes out hot and fresh. I love the ranch here. They have “new” chicken bacon ranch loaded fries. I highly recommend them. The wings are okay. I usually get wings and things if I’m craving them. The BBQ flavor and the teriyaki are great.

Another disappointing customer experience. Went inside to place the order for family of three on Jan 31 about 6:30. Waited over 20 minutes for 2 salads and zak meal. Asked to speak to manager, Norman. Was told he was too busy to come out. Become more insisting and he came out.
