When I walked into to order my food, the manager(Lesley) was yelling at some of the employees. The workers looked embarrassed and looked like they wanted to cry. When you walk in there, you could tell that something was clearly wrong the atmosphere. It was very tense. The manager was , yelling and griping about some thing that was so simple and could’ve been fixed. She could’ve gave the employees advice on how to fix it instead of yelling at them. Not to mention employees look really young they’re probably not even 18. and as someone who had to deal with that, I personally don’t think no child should have to deal with that. if you can’t do that as a manager, then I don’t think you’re supposed to be manager at ALL as a manager you have PROTOCOLS AND GUIDELINES, AND I WOULD THINK YOU WOULD HAVE MORALS NOT TO DO THAT. THINK ABOUT THOSE KIDS THAT ARE WORKING THERE AS YOUR OWN KIDS. Not to mention that at the end of the day everyone’s trying to make their money and go home and peace which is clearly not happening. Lesley the manager should not be working there. She needs to find a new job because simply she can’t do her job properly and treat people right

All I got today was the bacon, ranch, loaded fries, a large sweet tea, a water, and an extra ranch. They forgot the extra ranch but charge me for it. The fries were as hard as a rock, very dry, and had barely anything on them, so they ended up having to be turned away. She make it all even worse, they charge me for my water! Just water in a cup, not a bottle! The water in a cup cost the same as getting sweet tea!

Every single time I go here there is an issue of some kind! Either get cold food or the service is awful! For a while, things seemed to get better but now once again like many times before waiting extremely long in the drive thru line, tonight I waited in the drive thru line for OVER 15 MINUTES when I got my food and i got halfway down the road only to realize its COLD, old fries! COLD chicken! Nothing like cold fries! I swear I keep trying to give this zaxbys a chance ONLY because it’s close to my house but I think after tonight I am done for a while here!! Ugh!!!!!

I ordered a grill chicken sandwich from here & the picture shows what I received. I have never received a chicken sandwich from zaxby’s in this condition. This is by far the worst experience from any zaxby’s or any restaurant where I have ordered a chicken sandwich. All I asked of them was to substitute the ranch for the zaxby’s sauce. The sandwich is super soggy, & had only little shreds of noticeable lettuce & tomatoes. Today is Thursday 3/16/2023 around 7pm & The kitchen staff for this shift all need to be fired or retrained!! If it wasn’t for my wife loving their salads, we would NEVER spend another penny here!

Extremely long wait times. After working overtime and being exhausted, I decided to stop in the drive-thru with a few cars in front of me . It still took 25 minutes. I was honestly too tired to try to go somewhere else, so I just waited it out. As long as you’re not in a hurry, it’s a mediocre place to go. Unfortunately, I think all fast food restaurants have gone down over the years. You get what you get

Don’t go after 8:30p. With only 1 car ahead of ordering, we waiting 5 minutes. Once we we at the speaker to order, we waited another 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. We did receive our food quickly, but only to find out our fries were old and soggy. Ridiculous!!

Cobb salad was a total mess! I had no chicken just crumbs. I had no bacon and the toast was Awful. Do better! I need and should be compensated. I even went over my order at the window and it’s WRONG! The bread was Awful too! You get no STARS! I had to give at least 1 star or I couldn’t post my concern

Very good service here , I wish I would have got the name of the young girl working out front. She was all over the place ,cleaning, making tea, filling the condiments &straws. She needs a pay raise, it’s not often that you see this in fast food restaurants. The food was very good my favorite was the kickin chicken. My grandson loves this place.
