Another quick little hour wait to get some chicken tenders. Course they ran out of wings and tacked on an additional 20 minutes to make those. Switched to boneless, same thing. How does a chicken place not have chicken?? Drive thru line wrapped around the building and ten people waiting inside. Like every where else these days….just eat at home or go anywhere but here or the Wendy’s in Hampton.

Idk what chef is in charge of creating the sauces for Zaxby’s but they need to re-create the sauces the “mild” and “tongue torch” to be exact the “mild” isn’t mild just a red sauce no kick/heat not even a little bit and the supposed to be “tongue torch” not even hot or mild just another red sauce if something is labeled tongue torch I expect for it to be hot like fire but nope it doesn’t even have just a little bit of heat PLZ DO BETTER WITH SAUCES…..but I love the peach sweet tea though ❤!

Usually love Zaxby’s but this one experience was just not a good one. No real complaints from but it was a simple matter of customer or lack there of. My wife has already contacted someone about the situation so it’s been resolved. Ketchup & sauces is something I’m noticing is a trigger for a lot of consumers because restaurants that people have known & loved for years are secretly changing how sauces & ketchup are being dispersed. Some restaurants are charging, some are limiting how many you get. I just no none of it is ever visibly posted for the consumer to read & know what the policy is, since one day out the blue sauces & ketchup got a policy to follow..

They were rude. How’re you going to try to compete with chic-fil-a across the street with that attitude? No fork for the salad. I asked for sauce for my tenders amd they gave me one. It was half full so I had to get back in line amd pay for more when I got the fork. 2/10 won’t be coming back. Petty to charge me for that small amount of sauce.

I suppose the most important thing about a restaurant is the food. Zaxby’s food is okay. I’ve never liked it a lot though. The chicken is stringy and tough. That’s been true for every location I’ve been to. This one is the same.
