I’ve been going to this zaxbys since I was 12 years old… I’m 24 now and the service has really gone down in the past few months. They can’t even properly make a grilled chicken sandwich with added cheese & bacon without messing it up. I’ve been here multiple times and ordered the same thing and I get the same results. I worked in fast food as a teenager and can tell this is just what happens when the employees don’t care.

They need hairnets. Hair blowing around food and the prep area is unacceptable. I don’t know what fan is in the back where they’re fixing food, but it needs to be removed. I didn’t order food for this reason. My mom stood up front for about 7 minutes waiting to order a tea. The girl who was supposed to be taking orders was in the back fixing food for some reason. Her hair was one of the ones blowing. It was not busy enough for all 3 of them to be in the back preparing food and no one up front. However, the guy in the drive thru was pleasant and nice enough to take my mom’s order.

There was nobody in the dining room, but I wasn’t even recognized when I walked in! I placed a pick up order on the app and they put seasoning on my mom’s fries after I specifically customized no salt! Then the food was old and cold. They was so focused on the drive-thru that when my fries came up they sat in the window until I asked could I have them. By this time my food cold as a freezer! Maybe I’ll try the drive-thru out next time since that was the focus! On top of me waiting nobody else ever came in the dining room, and ther was 6 people behind the counter. Please do better!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Forgot one of my orders and this is what they called boneless wings and things dipped in sauce. The point of ordering food for your family together is so you can eat together. But they left a meal off and then gave me meals like this. Won’t be back!

The service was very friendly and genuine Zaxbys always had great chicken tenders (probably close to the best) but today I tried the Caribbean jerk chicken sandwich. The flavors were there and it honestly wasn’t a bad sandwich I ate the whole thing but it wasn’t my cup of tea for a sauce but there awesome chicken they consistently serve here made it a good sandwich and in the end the basics are what saved them. Also sweet tea here is on point with the crushed ice!!!!!

Went to this Zaxby’s on 3-15 around 4:30 pm, I went inside and had wonderful front counter service, had wings and things (hot and fantastic), I accidentally ordered 3 drinks and the manager (Kaylee I think) got a refund and walked it out to me! She’s awesome 6/5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
