I usually go to the Zaxby’s in Decherd. However, because the Zaxby’s in Decherd had closed an hour earlier, I decided to place a mobile order to pick up at the Tullahoma location. When we got home with the order, all of the food was cold. Also, I thought I was missing an order of three cookies but I found those in the bottom of the bag. When I called and spoke with the female manager she apologize for the inconvenience and offered to replace our order, but then put us on a long hold only to come back and say that she had the wrong information and that because the protocol had changed for replacing incorrect orders. We would have to come back down there with our receipt. She said that she spoke with someone else, and now she couldn’t replace our order after telling us that she would. Here’s the thing- if you provide misinformation to the customer just own it . And then moving forward, you know better. The whole thing was just handled improperly I’m glad I was able to find the missing items that were down in the bottom of my bag but my whole order was cold and I couldn’t get it replaced as promised.

The very small amount of fried chicken on my cobb salad tasted like it was cooked in rancid oil. Had to ask for the egg that was supposed to be on it also. Didn’t receive enough salad dressing, and even though the price seemed high for what I received, they wanted to charge extra for another pkg of dressing. Dinning room felt dirty. Even though there were only a couple of other diners in the restaurant, most of the tables were not cleaned. Two salads, 2 sides, and 2 ice waters were close to $40. I won’t be going back. I could have had a good meal with good table service and ate with real plates and silverware for a lot less.

This place is always a hit or miss. Consistency is everything in the food industry. Sometimes the fries have plenty of seasoning, other times there is no seasoning. Sometimes their wings are covered in sauce, other times they barely have sauce on them. Be more consistent please. I enjoy your food when it’s done correctly.

I went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 cheddar bites 2 funnel cakes 2 loaded fries and 2 sweet teas. They didn’t charge me for the fries or so they said so I went inside and they charged me for regular fries. Yall need to listen and quit playing or whatever yall do

Food is top notch, but I continually get home and no sauces. I order through the app and they blame a glitch that doesn’t specify sauce is to be included, but, come on – NOBODY WANTS PLAIN DRY CHICKEN! Hopefully their tech team will fix glitch.

My wife had drive through order today. Got to work and only one very small piece of chicken on the sandwich that looked as if had been cut on half. Went back from her work to show them. They kingly replaced. She gets back to work and the chicken is not cooked completely and pink inside. Well, I think we are done with Zaxbys in Tullahoma.
