I decided to try this place out before heading to work across the street. The atmosphere was great, the decor was fun, and the staff was nice. I ordered the 17 dollar raviolis and was frankly stunned when the lady brought a tiny plate with maybe eight little raviolis on it and no bread. My first thought was “well, I’m leaving here hungry”. Then when the waitress asked if everything was okay, I said I was expecting more food, she informed me they are a “small plate” restaurant. Well, I’m a large plate eater and will not be going back to this over priced restaurant again. Call me cheap but for $17 I want to feel like I ate something.

Went with family, in total 7 of us. We ordered 8 or 9 small plates for the table. Everything was amazing except the cauliflower gratin. It just wasn’t our style. I would give food 5 and the cocktails 5 . Definately reccomend if you like tapas.

I am delighted to have another Multnomah Village restaurant. I enjoy sharing small plates as I like variety. The atmosphere is quaint and unassuming! My Old-Fashioned cocktail was a perfect compliment to my meal! We tried four dishes and a desert. The Eggplsnt Crostino and the Gnocchi Porcini were exceptional. The desert was a great combination of salty and sweet and the meringue cookies on top of the mousse was unique and crunchy. The service was good and I enjoyed the entire dining experience.

Beautiful ambiance and great food, friendly staff, however I couldn’t finish my drink because it was mostly lemon juice without honey $15.50 included tip I think there was whiskey in it. Asked what was in the drink, no answer. Really overpriced for a poorly made drink. See pic (hot toddy)…went across the street to Renners for 2nd try. The clear drink is Renners’ hot toddy

We had reserved a 7:45 PM for 6 people and waited over 30 minutes to get to our table except to find out that it was given a way. And the reservation was done 1 week prior in person for special occasion!!. Not coming back here again and sadly I’m a frequent customer, no more

Nummy! We love it all, but tonight we had the polenta cakes (amazing), coarser salad, and ravioli! All was divine!

I’ve been a server for 15 years, at all kinds of places. This one is unique and high quality, without the airs of formal dining. Family owned and run, everyone really does feel like a part of the community. The food is delicious and amazing, the drinks are creative and stunning, and the servers there are some of my best friends.

The food is good but very pricey considering that they only serve small plates. The meatballs were $14 for 3 small meatballs on a small appetizer size plate. It seems deceptive that the restaurant does not publish their concept, menu & prices online so that diners can make an educated dining decision. My dinner partners & I were initially very confused with the food portion sizes & thought we ordered off the happy hour menu instead of the dinner menu. Alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages are also pricey.
