I love intestine and stomach. First time trying Korean intestine. I realize I am not a fan. Way too fatty compared to pork intestine. Korean intestine and stomach is from a cow. Super fatty with little meat. Service was good though, they cook and cut everything for you.

The lady server is extremely helpful and attentive. All the foods I’ve tasted here are just…Amazing . I would most definitely recommend this place! They also have a free self-serve soft cone machine for your dessert tummy.

It was my first time eating Gopchang and I loved it. It was a great meal and we had a server who completely explained everything to me and we couldn’t have been happier with what we ate, drank, and experienced. We definitely will be back!

Daechang was good! Kimchi rice lacked flavor. Gopchang was ok~ Food didn’t take long at all to come. Our server was friendly but our experience could have been better if the server recommended items and told us what amenities were available considering we mentioned “it’s our first time” and it wasn’t busy at all. We noticed the ice cream machine and I’m going to assume it’s self-serve since no one said anything when we got some lol. We did like the private booths and intimate setting.

When my brother and his girlfriend mention Hwangso Gopchang, I knew I needed to give it a try! I enjoy trying unique and “outside the norm” foods, plus as a Korean-American, Korean BBQ has a special place in my heart. The Gopchang and pork jaw here is literally a 15 out of 10. I was blown away on how delicious it was. I live in Orlando, FL but visit here the Duluth area often and Hwangso Gopchang will always be a must visit for me whenever I am in town. Lastly, I tried Gopchang at another restaurant here in Orlando, and it was not very good. So whatever technique Hwangso has and adopted, it is again a 15 out of 10! My only complaint is that I can not get it more often since I live out of town! Oh, we tried the kimchi-cheese fried rice, which was confusing but we had to try it. This was also a grand slam delicious dish! Make sure to wash it down with so beer and soju, it rounds out the experience perfectly!
