It takes SO LONG to go through the drive through the last four times we went here they literally waited on one car at a time from the drive-thru speaker to leaving with the food. It takes FOREVER here. I ordered two cokes and a Dr pepper the representative handed me the drinks none were marked, I said which one is the Dr pepper and he said sorry I don’t know. And shut the window but he is the one who made the drinks. Just bad customer service and time management here. Order incorrect and missing items.

My brother drove to get us some food bc we were really hungry & I had a ton of dishes to wash & my brother was tired from work. My brother said chef/cook guy was the only one working there & we ordered a few chicken sandwiches & a few woppers & onion rings, + it was raining. I feel bad he is the only one working there, I just wanted to say the food was awesome, definitely better than last time we ate from BK a few months ago, the food was fresh unlike the day shift. Wish I could give it. No stars. Horrible customer service. Waited for 10 minutes or so. In the second drive-through lane. For other cars went through online one and still nobody acknowledged. I was in lane 2. So I said some thing if they were taking orders and that lane or not and the guy got really rude and said I am sorry we are really busy. Well that is fine but when you have to drive through lanes, you do one side, and then the other side and then go back to the other side back-and-forth not four cars through and not even acknowledging the other person. Very rude employees.
