I can’t believe I’ve passed this place countless times and never stopped here before. Until an old buddy of mine took me here. Now it’s a place I’m not gonna forget. Be prepared to be stuffed like a panda bear with BIG food portions from a BIG menu selection. I tried their Original Drago-Bob (grilled, skewered meat) and it was bangin’ like Sheila E. I tried their gyro and couldn’t even focus on talking to my friend due to all the flavor seizing my taste buds. Great staff/owners here too. This is why I LOVE Chicago…

I can’t say enough about the beautiful experience I always have here. The cooks are always inviting and fun. They thank you in unison for tipping which always makes everyone smile and laugh. They prepare your food upon ordering so everything, no matter what you order, is made hot. I’ve never ordered their ice cream floats but they always look delish! There isn’t a long wait, which is great when you’re on the fly, and it’s always nice to run into different types of law enforcement here as they often frequent this location and enjoy striking up conversation with you while waiting for their order and show genuine appreciation for being thanked for their service. There’s an outside area to eat at if you don’t want to eat in your vehicle as well. No indoor seating nor dining. Huge parking lot so there’s always parking space on days when it’s a bit crowded.

The portion of the Italian beef sandwich is great, the meat however needs to simmer more (kind of tough). If you add $4.00 to your sandwich, you get fries and a can pop. The chili was very salty. The fries didn’t look pleasing at all, they don’t look like what they would put on a poster for advertisement.
