If I could give more stars, I absolutely would! I am very picky with BBQ, also for my husband, we took a chance, and it did not disappoint. The Brisket was perfect, not dry at all. The sauce tasted great. You could taste the freshness, from the coleslaw to the cream corn, and even the peach cobble still hot.. The ribs enough said .. I honestly recommend it. I wish I had taken more photos and better ones, but I was enjoying it more..

I love food trucks. I love it more when they’re close by. I love me some good brisket. Let me tell you @BobeQs delivers on that. Tender, smokey, melt-in-your-mouth goodness. Smoked right next to their truck. Oh my. May be worth getting that look of disappointment from my doctor’s face as she checks my cholesterol level. I tried their brisket tacos and their bbq’d pork ribs with their gold sauce. Lots more options on the menu to try so needless to say, will keep coming back.

This bbq food truck doesn’t disappoint. The brisket is delicious and very tender. I had mac n cheese and cream corn and that also was good. It’s worth the drive or if you live in the area go check it out.

Absolutely delicious! Really enjoyed the Bobzilla, Jalapeño poppers, creamed corn, and Mac and Cheese. The brisket was so flavorful and tender with a really nice bark. Can’t wait to go back and try more on the menu!

Me and my wife ate here this past Saturday, awesome bbq! I gotta come back and try the ribs. Brisket had a nice bark, juicey, not to fatty, and well seasoned. I’d say the brisket is a whole lot better than a lot of bbq joints out here and the same level as Pinkerton’s and 2m Smokehouse! Keep up the hard work!

Seriously good bbq! I was hesitant because it’s a food truck but thought the pics looked good and why not? Wow! The brisket is so tender it can wrap around your finger. It has a great smoke ring & impressive bark. Hubby had the brisket grilled cheese and that is one heck of a sandwich that’s worth the calories. Yummy cheese melted perfectly on flavorful smoked brisket grilled to perfection on potato style TX toast. The sausage wraps came with a cute home made flour tortilla and the kids inhaled them. For sides we got coleslaw & macaroni & cheese. Kids said the Mac was the best ever. Coleslaw was perfect with everything. Loved the location & my only regret was not ordering more for leftovers the next day. We love this food truck & will be back!
