I debated whether to give this 4 or 5 stars. Let’s face it: this is fast food. But this pizza is excellent for what it is: quick and cheap. No, it is not what you would get for three times the price at another restaurant here in town, but you don’t have to wait an hour or more and shell out $30. A large three-topping pizza for $7.99 with complimentary plates and napkins sounds like a good deal to me. I have to admit I was not happy when they started forcing you to order online if you wanted the lower price, but it definitely alerted us to some options we weren’t aware of, like extra sauce and a thin crust. Staff is always friendly and courteous and our order is always ready on time.

Placed an order online and the pizza tracker said prep began, and to expect delivery in 25-35 mins. After an hour, the tracker hadn’t updated and so I called the store. After being on hold 10+ mins, the manager said there were a bunch of orders ahead of me and it would be at least another 30 mins. I totally understand that it’s hard to be exactly on time with every order, but if it says 25-35 mins, and it’s actually going to take an hour and 45 minutes, maybe a phone call is in order? Very bad experience and no concern from the manager or attempt to make it right. I guess I’ll order elsewhere from now on.

Normally really good except this time the marinara cheese dip was extremely skimpy. We received maybe enough for 2 twists. Seems to be burnt on the bottom as well. There’s a new ordering issue on the app which isn’t the stores fault but be cautious about your pizza sizes because they’ve changed the crust types to only specific sizes.

Try to find a different pizza place to order from the Domino’s in oberlin. For one they will let you sit out there and make you finally get too tired of waiting and walk in to find out they don’t have curbside service like they say on their window. Two they’ll tell you the phone never rang but that’s because they took it off the hook. Three they didn’t even apologize or even try to call me to let me know that I was sitting out there for 11 minutes with for no reason.

Not very good. They used to be good but now the pizzas are bad. They don’t give you hardly any toppings. The pizza crust is not good and the size is smaller. They are 7.99 take out large 3 topping s but you could buy one at Walmart cheaper, bigger with a lot of toppings for better quality and quantity.
