Wouldn’t recommend. I can’t believe they would even serve this crusty food to anyone. Chicken tenders hard as a rock and not even edible, looks like they have sat under the warmer for days. Absolutely disgusting for the price they want to charge for their food. KFC at both locations in Harrisonburg are always terrible service and food. When it is actually fresh KFC is so good, but that is like a once in a lifetime shot like winning the lottery for your order to be right or your food to be fresh.

Kentucky Fried Chicken is a very wonderful place to get fried chicken and all the fixing on the side done the right way. The only thing that disappoints me about KFC is that they no longer have chicken livers. But I really do enjoy their new chicken pot pies that they have.

Used the app so the food would be ready for a quick pick up, but had to stand there for an extra 25 minutes because they didn’t have anything ready especially the pot pie. It took 45 minutes to get the order that should have been ready by the time I got there.

We went today to pick up dinner…we ordered a 12pc family meal. They had no thighs so no big deal they gave us extra legs. We got home (broadway) only to find we got a 8pc instead of the 12pc we ordered. Didn’t get the mac and cheese which got me into trouble with the kids, and the biscuits were from yesterday at best. One of the breast still had a whole neck attached to it…yeah $45 wasted…

I wish I read the reviews before we came here. We stopped going to KFC a long time ago because every time we did it was old non crispy greasy dark brown chicken. We decided to give it another try… Nothings changed. Save your time. Go to Bojangles.

The chicken was dry , greasy, and well over cooked, the mashed potatoes were dry, the macaroni had a dark yellow crust suggested it was under heat lamp to long and dryed up the biscuits were as always great, as was the gravy, and slaw. I am very dissatisfied with the food tonight and next time I feel like chicken will travel to hardees. Yes I eat the food only because I was hungry and it cost $34.00. unlikly to ever return colonel not good. 2stars only because I’m not a total cranky old man.
