I gave the food 2 stars. I visited the 3742 Davison Road, Flint, MI location. It was not that the food itself was bad, it was all the extra salt on the fries. The time before when I bought fries it was the same thing. There was so much excess salt that neither time I could not force myself to eat them. They were dumped into the trash. I would have taken them back except I live over 4 miles away and it would have been very inconvenient. I know this is not the normal Arby’s quality (though I don’t often eat fast food, I consider Arby’s better than most), but the recent visits were very disappointing. Your product is good as it is, without anyone adding all that salt which is even detrimental to many people’s health. I think many would agree with me; I’d like to enjoy Arby’s food and not be disappointed again.

We ordered 2 beef n cheddar meals. 20.54 total. Got home and our sandwiches are tiny shreds of meat like it was the last of that roast. The worst sandwich I have ever gotten at this Arby’s. Very disappointed.

Go through the drive-thru order my food. They ask me what sauce is I want. I tell him I get all the way home with my food. No sauces. I call. Ask him what they’re going to do to make it right. We’ll give you extra sauce next time. The only reason I went is because I like the honey mustard. The food went in the garbage. I’ll never go back

I ordered a spicy roast beef sandwich meal and a Wagyu burger for my husband. Got home the spicy roast beef was so smashed it looks like someone sat on it. The burger was at the bottom of the bag unwraped because someone didn’t wrap it correctly so the burger had to be pulled out and reassembled. The fries are cold if I could give no stars I would. Never going here again.

Tonight was the absolute worse costumer service I’ve ever got. This is usually my go to Arby’s till tonight. The old lady working window and taking orders rushed me thru the drive thru all for me to get to the window for her to ask me what I ordered. I was the only customer there. All my sandwiches I ordered where poorly made with old meat, my nuggets that I had to argue with the lady about came out horribly hard, no Arby’s sauce like I asked. My sandwich tasted so much like a can of potted meat I ended up feeding to my dog. Very disappointed after spending $40 on food we where by far not happy with.

Im not sure why they were so rude to me over coupons. I gave my order and read what i wanted off the coupon . They asked me if i had the coupons . I replied that i did have them . They gave me my total and it was a little bit more than what it should have been so i asked them at the window about it and the guy point blank said that i didnt say i had them . I told him that i said i did and he insisted that i didnt . Needless to say i didnt get any food from there and im probably not going back . Its my nephews favorite place so we go there often. I am not happy!
