Stood at counter while Manager, Brianna, talked to two other people. She ignored us. We asked if we should go through the drive through? The nice young man from the drive through finally walked over and took our order for 3 shakes to go. He started making them and then got back to drive through orders. The manager continued talking with the two other people. Finally Brianna asked the young man if he still needed the shakes, to which he stated yes. She put them in the glasses, lidded them, put the whipped cream on, no chocolate sauce. She continued talking to the two people the whole time. She then set them on the counter. Didn’t say a thing to us, didn’t give us straws, or a receipt. Not even a thank you. She then kept talking to the two people. We took the shakes and left. She shouldn’t be a manager as she didn’t appear to be a team player and certainly has NO customer service skills! The young man working the drive through should be the manager!

One star. I ordered a fry, a 6 piece wing, and a 4 piece mozzarella stick. I received a small fry, 4 wings, 3 small crumbs of breading, and the marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks I paid for but did not get. What happened? There used to be such great service here but tonight was awful. Not going back.

Grabbed a quick bite – the service was horrible. The guy at the window was extremely crabby. We asked to add on extra sauce, and he was snippy saying “I already put some in the bag.” He handed my husband our bags and started to close the window before we even got our drink. We let him know we were missing it and you could tell he was annoyed. We ordered Dr. Pepper and we saw the soda come out clear. Carbonated water anyone? My husband had to walk in, dump it out, and refill with something else. That wasn’t any better, either. They need to refill their soda lines. The fries were also burned and hard as a rock. We ended up just eating the sandwiches. The food was not worth what we paid. This was our first time at this location…not a great impression.

The Sturgeon Bay Arby’s is poorly managed or maybe they have no manager, since the front door is often locked during posted business hours. As a hungry consumer, look elsewhere so you don’t waste your time trying to buy lunch.

My husband, 10 year old daughter and I ordered and sat down to eat. The employees started yelling and swearing at each other. The manager didnt care she just sat in the dining area drinking a soda. We will never be back.

Out of this world. If you are in Sturgeon Bay and are looking for a roast beef and cheddar sandwich you have come to the right place. Pair it with some horsey sauce and you have the sandwich Shakespeare wote all those plays about.
