Why the low reviews? The décor is vibrant, food fantastic and service superb! The restaurant is so cute one would think they need table service but I’m not sure if this is what Sycuan was looking for. Ultimately, I want to say it’s somewhat of a quick table service eat fast and go when you please more for the gambler on the go. LOL Pay and order take your number find a seat….

Hey San Diego – Need a place for a date? Plan your stay at Sycuan and visit Pink Buddha. Excellent ambiance, clean and the food is delicious. Wife had the Banh Mi PORKCHOP and I had the Chicken BH…both superb. Our friends had a huge bowl of Pho and his wife had the BBQ Pork Skewers…again Delicioso. This is a 5 star ⭐️ #sdfoodie place – See Pics

I ordered the combination fried rice with no egg and it was delicious. The service itself was not impressive at all. The pink Buddha is $20 & the t-shirts are $30 a pop.

I went to go order today with a group of friends. They told us there were no tables and to order our food to go, so we did. As we were waiting for our food, we saw there was a table open and so we went to go sit there and then one of the workers said we need to wait in line and order and we told them that we did. Then the manager got involved and we told her we had got our food to go because they told us too. Now we would like to sit down. The manager pointed at the people in like and said all those people have been waiting before us. No they haven’t because we were in the same line before when we ordered our food to go. She did not make any sense, and it was completely illogical. Will not be back here ever again thanks to this horrible experience and stubborn hard headed manager who needs to learn how to listen.

We got our order to go. My orange chicken tasted like fish… and we were already on the road. So we couldn’t return the food.

A few months after opening with an interesting menu, Pink Buddha removed all vegetarian/vegan protein options, as well as veggie broth. We went from having a handful of solid options to just one appetizer option (vegetable gyoza) which is greasy and in no way worth a trip. I will be skipping Pink Buddha until they do a menu overhaul.

I ordered a bento box, the fried vegetables were soggy and almost all broccoli, the walnut shrimp was very good, the California roll was a little dry and the brown rice seemed over cooked or sitting for a while, the miso soup wasn’t hot. My wife had a pho soup and that was pretty good and the waiter was very nice and the scenery was pleasant it just seems like they need a decent Asian chef.I’ve had way better food almost everywhere else in San Diego.

Now you don’t have to come to @sycuan_casinoresort just to gamble. There are plenty of amenities such as fine dining, spa, pool with lazy river, live music and so much more!

Sorry, but even for getting this food for free i will not be back. Orange chicken was so hard to bite into could have cracked a tooth. Order chowmein no seafood. Got shrimp chowmein. Now I do believe shrimp is a seafood. The only thing there that is good is the pork skewers. I will not be back. And of course Casino did nothing after letting them know. Save your money
