I should know by now if I go through the drive through to check. But I always say no mayo on every sandwich I ever get anywhere but this time I just said no sauces to be easier. But there was mayo I was able to scrape it off and look at the receipt and they didn’t let the cook know. But other than that it was a perfectly cooked chicken sandwich

My mother a disabled elderly woman loves Arby’s and every time she gets the chance goes here. Today she decided to get food for entire family. My adult daughter was with her and ordered a double roast beef and cheddar with light cheddar. When receiving order they got no roast beef and cheddar, upon trying to get corrected sandwich where then given a regular roast beef with lots of cheddar, then when addressed again receipt shown were treated with distaste a roast beef and cheddar “slider” was almost thrown out window at my mother and window almost slammed close without giving her any chance to say or do anything. She can barely walk so couldn’t go inside to talk with anyone and they refused to open window again! No Arby’s sauce was given no sauce but one packet of mayo thrown in bottom of bag. My mother ordered food enough for 6 people, spent a lot of money and was treated horrible!

Not only was it my first time coming inside the restaurant, but it was the first time I brought my grandma from Mexico to try American food, when we first came inside there are 3 white girls laughing and taking pictures of us then when I tell my mom how I could never be so ugly to people like that one girl throws up a gang sign embarrassing then the boy behind the counter sits by the door an the girls stand there talking to him telling him why they are taking pictures of us while he laughs with them an the sad part is my grandma don’t even know what she did wrong you people need to do better DONT GO TO ARBYS ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Amazing staff are always willing to go out of their way to make sure it’s a great visit. More than I have been helped out by 2 staff that go away and beyond is Cory, he helped me figure out what I was wanting and made sure to hand to me. Also, Bryan have watched him go out and beyond for the crew. These two gentlemen are from what I can see a true asset to this store keeps me coming back.

I realize it’s the middle of the afternoon but my experience should be better. The curly fries I was given were chewy and tasted like they had been fried in old frying oil. The Gyro was good but I never could get a full cup of ice. The floors needed to be swept and mopped. Not one of the better stores I’ve been in.

Your general manager and some of the staff are getting high. The property stinks of it. This is probably why my order keeps getting made wrong and is ice cold when given. Not all of us want our vehicles smelling like a dispensary just to go to a drive thru.
