This review is about the newly opened Grafton location. We went the 2nd day after they opened (8-2-23) to give it a try. We ordered soft drinks which were flat, not enough carbonation. Not the biggest issue but one nonetheless. I ordered the Special Burrito. It was good, not great. The beef could have used more flavor as it was pretty bland but still decent. I’d rate it a 6 out of 10. My lady ordered the chicken fajitas. It was a big plate with lots of food. She rated the meal an 8, the rice a 3 (again bland and a weird chalky taste) and the beans a 6. The service was good. Overall I’m doing a 3 rating. Lots of work could be done but not awful. We will go back again and give it another shot

Food is the best Mexican style food you’ll get. It’s cooked fresh and served very fast. The waitresses are always friendly and pay attention to you while your there. We eat there as often as possible.

The service received was wonderful. Food is delicious and there’s alot to choose from. I didn’t give 5 stars because there is no prices on the menu. My meal, tea & lime margarita cost me $28.00. Had I known the El Rancho meal was $18, I would’ve chose something else. The bathroom is very dark, also. I may visit again. I’ll ask how much everything costs before deciding.

If you ever pass by Moorefield West Virginia, you need to come to El Rancho. First time to me, beyond my expectation. We are group of six people. I ordered El Rancho Experical II, which is grilled chicken, beef, shrimp, onion and mushrooms on top of rice with cheese sauce. It is very tasty and delicious. Just a little bit salty but I am ok with it. Other people also said that their food are good.

Best price around on well prepared and excellent Mexican food, and very healthy portions. One plate I get from them, and I’m a big eater (200 grams of protein a day), I can eat till I’m full and have leftovers that fill me up at least 3 more times. Can’t beat that with a stick! Owner and head server are great people and always so friendly and glad to see you when you come in. Just love this restaurant. Mucho gracias El Rancho!
