I’ve been eating here for years, but it’s gone down hill in the last 6 months. Placed an order and had a call back 10 minutes later – they didn’t have stuffed crust so they could only refund my order or give me a credit. The guy who offered this said he couldn’t offer a substitution.

SO DISRESPECTFUL to see a manager treat her employees like that. Calling them “idiots” and “fools” while complaining. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect. Food was good, but it ruined everything to see her treat the crew like that. Will never be ordering from that Pizza Hut again.

I work at a Milestones School of Achievemnt and we had a Teacher Apprecation lunch for our staff of 34. It was very big order. Kenny the manger made ever thing fresh and when I arrived to pick it up it was hot and ready to go! Everyone on staff was happy and satisfied with all of the order! Hats off to N. Main Pizza Hutt we will be back!!!

The speed of service was great. I placed my order online for a future time and got there before they had started to make it and he printed out the receipt and took it to the kitchen to make. They were very friendly. I will definitely be back to this location over the Kernersville location. The food and toppings tasted great and tasted fresh unlike Kernersville.
