I’m optimistic this place has turned the corner. They were garbage went they first opened. My last few experiences have been much better. Les took my order at the drive thru tonight, was super friendly (to the point that I asked his name), and the food was exactly what I expected. Very happy to have this Arby’s as a viable option in the neighborhood.

Order was incomplete. Cheese was cold and not melted. They forgot the bacon. The employees were loud and yelling at one another. The condiment station was not working. They needed to refill. The soda station was a little off and out of numerous drinks. This whole visit was so disappointing…

Good was terrible chicken was raw and thousand island dressing sour and I had food poisoning and threw I threw up because of it and lastly they put way too much of the dressing. Food was cold up on arrival. Workers were nice.

I walk in to pick up order and this location left me not wanting to come back … the workers don’t have uniforms no gloves worker had 2 baby behind the counter crying worker screaming at the baby another worker smoking a cigarette at lobby!!! Not a great location

I ordered a crispy chicken salad and mac n cheese. Today 2/26/22 at around 5:10pm. Around the perimeter of the bowl the Mac was hot but in the center cold as ice. The salad was an absolute FAIL, the shredded cheese had a strange taste to it and even looks like it’s processed cheese or like cheese wiz in a can. See pic…the salad was cold when I got it the chicken was also cold so why does the cheese look like this in a cold salad. And the chicken was hard. I would NOT recommend. You couldn’t pay me to go back here .

The food was served cold. There was only two young ladies working the entire store. They were also out of the fish sandwich. That was the reason I chose Arby’s for dinner. After being stuck in for 30 minutes, I ordered two chicken sandwiches. The general manager doesn’t hire teens, so maybe that is why they are so short handed. I will not be returning.
