I went today Wed 8/23/23 Gentleman that took my order was kind didnt have any issues,pizza was good and different and the buffalo wings bigger than the big name pizza places,first time here since i drove by during the day i said Lucia’s would be dinner since im off work and i got full with just 2 slices and i usually eat more than 2, definitely come back again ,thank you to the crew male & female help us

Rude and took my phone order wrong but before I new the order was wrong my 12 year went inside to pick up the pizza and girl in the register had a rude and nasty attitude so I went to see what was the problem so I asked for the person in charge and I made a complaint but it happen to be the “owner” and he just got loud un professional and then he said he wasn’t going to give me my food. So yeah bad atmosphere and food is always not cooked half way. So me and my kids left super hungry thanks guys.

They need to learn how to answer the phone. I asked why he didn’t they answer the phone, “I’m to busy” I would understand if you answer the phone and said give me a minute, atles I am not thinking that they went out of business. My son is sick and I have to take care of him and I really don’t have time to wait 25 minutes that I could be with him for what ever he needs. I was going to go off on the guy but my son really wanted this place to eat. I personally could have gone to Little Cesar’s with no hesitation

I called to place an order…they made me wait …some one took my order ..and afterwards told me that they won’t start on my pizzas till I show up and pay ..then the whole call was pointless..wasted time on the phone..got to the place and it’s nothing but teens working …gave attitude for no reason…need to work on there service ..and people skills …

Believe it or not, the pizzas that I purchased were really good since the last time I was there. I purchased the Family #2 meal which consist of 2 pepperoni pizzas, 1 order of breadsticks (8 pcs), 1 order of wings (8 pcs), and a 2 Liter soda all for $25.99 + tax. Great deal and everything was cooked to order!! No pre-made pizzas sitting under the lights to keep them warm! Fresh, fresh, fresh!!!And top this, the young lady even carried the food to my vehicle!! Superior customer service with a smile. Thanks soooooooo much Lucian’s Pizza staff!! You have won an old customer back!!!
