Eating to Health
This whole restaurant is gluten free, so perfect for people that eat gluten free. However, it’s delicious even if you don’t have to eat gluten free. They also have a vegan section of the menu. WARNING: They do use nuts, so not good for nut free allergies. The cinnamon sugar gluten free vegan waffles were delicious . My son and I loved them. The gluten free vegan breakfast burrito was awesome with “just egg,” potato, spinach, and vegan cheese. We also got breakfast potatoes.

We found this place online and it did not disappoint. The customer service was spot on and helpful breaking down things on the menu. It’s a tidy little spot, so if they are busy i’m sure the wait might be a little much. We went during lunch around 1pm and it wasn’t busy at all.

Absolutely delicious food. The macro friendly banana pudding waffle had 18g of protein and was amazing, and the smoked brisket bowl was otherworldly. The setting is charming and reminiscent of a bygone age where simplicity and a quality focus were the norm.

Enjoyed my breakfast stop here while in town. I have several for allergies and found Bedrock to be very accommodating. I had a few coworkers with me and we all enjoyed the visit. The biscuits were a little dense and dry but the portions were large and the food was good overall. I will go there again when in town.

Very Nice place but the food was grease and didn’t have a good taste to me. But that could be because I’ve been a Raw Vegan so long my taste buds have changed.

Waffle was excellent. Macro Bowl was a bit dry and seemed small given the price. Biggest complaint is the lack of a true plate. Was trying not to poke my fork through the paper that lined my “fry basket”. Cutting a waffle with a knife was near impossible on the paper.

Ate the best thing I’ve eaten in a very long time here today… Bedrock is heaven. As someone with many dietary restrictions I was thrilled to have so many choices. We live 8 hours away and I’d drive back for a waffle in a heartbeat. We had the peanut butter banana waffle and a sausage, just egg, and “cheese” waffle sandwich… it was divine. If you have dietary restrictions (or just like an amazing meal) run to this gem.

This place was so good we are there twice when we visited Memphis. Great location within walking distance of the Bass Pro Shops and the National Civil Rights Museum.

LGBTQIA+ friendly, a great spot for breakfast and brunch. Wonderful waffles, both sweet and salty. The atmosphere is casual but super cute.
