Pizza was delivered with the butter/garlic sauce open and covering half the bottom of the pizza which was gross. Called the store and a person by the name of George said he would refund my money but that I would need to come pick up a new pizza. This location previously was had consistant greak quality but its been hit or miss for a while and this is just one example. Find another location or risk inconsistant quality.

Ended up waiting 2 and a half hours for my pizza. Tried calling multiple times to see what the status of the pizza was and never was able to actually talk to anyone. Ended up ordering another pizza from a different place after waiting an hr and that got to me quicker than this did. Totally unacceptable and will be disputing this charge. Definitely do not recommend ordering for delivery from this store.

I ordered pizzas for my friends and I and they forgot my drinks. I called the restaurant and they said we gave the driver your drinks and that these drivers do not work for them they hire them from door dash and they cannot refund me because I paid cash!

WHAT HAPPENED TO PAPA JOHNS. This used to be my favorite pizza. The sauce was sweet and plentiful and the pizza was fresh and cheesy. My recent experience taste like mop water. I will never ever eat here again. They’ve gone down hill and need a revamp.
