Lots of competition out there… So, been some time since I last visited. And to be honest, was not happy with a previous order. Decided to give Big Norm’s another shot a few days ago. Ordered a Chicago Dog and a chili cheese fries (w hot peppers). Was so GOOD that I went back two days later. Clean and friendly, quality food as well.

I use to love this place. The food is now mediocre and priced are so ridiculous high. We got a large fry to share, 2 char dogs, and a Chicago dog. No drinks and it cost $50 crazy.

If I could give this place a 1 start I would . Ironically there’s a sign that says “BE HAPPY “The owner looks miserable and just looks at you when you go up to order 15$ for a Philly cheesesteak is ridiculous jersey mikes charges 15$ for a giant Philly cheesesteak and it’s so much better !!! Don’t waste your time coming here I overheard the owner say “we can’t give out utensils” to a customer picking up they’re order which is completely ridiculous your a restaurant how can’t you give out utensils. Don’t come here

So I did a door dash order it never said what cheese they would out on there let a long a option for no cheese so I figured it would be a white cheese swiss or whatever so I can to pick up my food I opened the sandwich to see it nacho cheese I dont eat that kind of cheese due to it makes me sick so I go back in to see if I can change the cheese unfortunately he wants to ring me up all over again when I just paid I’m not going to pay for a whole meal when you could of accommodated me in the sandwich not my fault you signed up for doordash and you cant tell what you want on your sandwich on top of that what type of onion rings are these you just serving any type of food the onion rings wasnt even given nothing but a back full on crumbs and grease but it’s cool my whole Drs office usually orders from there but that won’t be happening again Thanks but no Thanks we will continue to order from 5 points this type of service is horrible on top of the smirk he had on his face never know he will come in your restaurant just know my family is leaders in the Waukegan area
