What a great little spot! Had the Hungarian mushroom soup and charcuterie board. I inhaled the soup before I could take a pic. It was DELICIOUS! This charcuterie for 1 was just as good. Great little homemade menu and crafty cocktails. Outdoor grilled food in summer and fall. Definitely worth the stop!! ❤️

What a town gem! Lucked upon Emily’s while in town for a wedding & I am sooo grateful! It’s a family vibe! We were welcomed with opened arms by Emily & the patrons! Emily has wonderful/ fun energy and creates a warm environment in her establishment! Ordered the shrimp roll & OMG delicious … We had EVERY intention on returning the next day for that exceptional shrimp roll but circumstances didn’t permit. Whenever I return, my first stop will be Emily’s!!! Thank you for your hospitality!

Finding the best burger in the Valley may not be what you expect to find when walking to Emily’s unassuming spot, but low and behold there it is. Emily’s spunky personality will draw you in and her outstanding food will keep you coming back for more. Highly recommend sitting at the bar!

Such a great place, with a wonderful vibe and tasty(!) beverages. Great apres ski at 3pm. Emily was a fantastic host who slang a sick, extra dry gin martini. The food was perfect proportion and excellent quality (shredded bbq pork sliders, Caesar salad and mozz sticks). Will be visiting again soon!

I came into Waitsfield on a trip from Stowe for one night to relax and discovered Emily’s. it was a short walk from the Waitsfield Inn so I thought why not? It’s a nice cozy, friendly, place. and the beer and food selection were great. Emily is a lot of fun and very entertaining while you’re there as well. and if you’re in Waitsfield and want some good food and drinks I would definitely go here!
