The staff was impatient with the way I wanted my pizza prepared. I was given a young inexperienced employee who became very frustrated and her manager watched and didn’t help. She recieved no support which later on during my visit was blamed on me as I was told the way I spoke to her made her cry during checkout but really it was her frustration, lack of staff support and lack of knowledge for the coupon I was using from my app. Let me continue…. Upon check out the young lady told me my 50% off coupon was invalid and could only be used on Tuesday and I told her it says valid through Sunday. Overwhelmed she began to cry and walk off. The manager then went to check on her though she watched it lead up to this without intervening and another lady came to cash me and my elderly mother out which it was my mom’s first time dinning there ever. The new employee was having difficulty with helping me find the bar code in my app to scan my coupon (which was the reason I came was to use the coupon before it expired. Also prior to this I have had great experiences here and left good reviews and great tips. I was sure to go in and erase those reviews). I asked the manager to assist and she ignored me. Finally I found it on my own and completed my purchase. While waiting for my food the manager was out loud talking about me with someone on the phone whom I later assumed to be the General manager because as I spoke to the manager about what happened once she continued to talk about me as I had done something wrong out loud in front of other customers and employees, she proceeded to tell me I could contact the general manager in the morning if I wanted to. I told her that would not be necessary if I had already spoken with her. We ate our food and left to go home. Mind you, we drove from another county just to come there to dine after church service. I will not be returning. It was pretty sad because I’m a good tipper and I know I like my food a certain way but I don’t mind paying for the service I require and expect as a paying customer at a place of business where you can choose how your food is made by company policy. There was no need to call the general manager because I’m sure that’s who the manager was talking about me with in front of myself, other customers and staff so apparently she or he found their employees behavior to be acceptable. This was once a very friendly and fun place to dine. It is not that at this location anymore. It’s ghetto. I filed a complaint with the company online over the general manager and the manager. I hate to see this. Poor management for sure. O, also, the manager and her team continued to talk about it for some time thereafter out loud while we were still there dining. There was only one professional employee in the entire restaurant whom I really wish had made my food as she started too before handing my food to the inexperienced employee. I would’ve tipped her well as she really seemed to have a wonderful spirit and actually took her time in prepping my pizza in the beginning. The rest of the employees were a disappointment.

My sister brought me here for the 1st time and it did not disappoint! All the ingredients were crazy fresh the pizzas were cook amazingly and the taste was on point. The customer service was great too, really great experience overall with no complaints. Even after driving home my pizza was still piping hot and so good. I guess the only gripe i may have were the dough knots were under cooked and pretty nasty to me. My daughter liked them though. But the pizza awesome.

First time trying blaze pizza, ordered online. Personally the pizza is good however, i didn’t receive the red salsa that was supposed to come with my cheese sticks so i couldn’t eat more than one of the cheese sticks bc they were dry without the salsa. I didn’t receive ranch on the side for my salad like i asked the salad was drowned in sauce that isn’t even ranch as requested. I didn’t receive red pepper flakes, parmesan, utensils as asked either. But my pizza was good. Probably wouldn’t come back since a simple order couldn’t get done correctly. Nobody wants cheese sticks with no salsa.

Walked in thinking I’d be hungry and desiring pizza. I walked in and it immediately smells of old greasy, dirty floors; where every time a mop is used, the water isn’t changed out the entire floor cleaning endeavor. The corners of the floors are greasy; and it just overall smells like old food. I get to the counter and food is rubbed all around the food bins, just yuck. My desire for pizza went out the window.

My family eats there often, a little too often, but we love it. My only issues are the inconsistencies with ordering. sometime the food is great sometimes it looks crazy and you have to ask for it to be made properly. The pesto bread was loaded with cheese and no other seasonings. We had to beg for dressing for my soupy salad. And our large simple pie was cut into only 6 slices. It’s making ordering online very awful for me and inconvenient.

This place was amazing!! I loved the stuff, they gave us an outstanding customer service. 100% recommend!! The people at this location really care for their customers. The flavor is great, fresh and crisp ingredients, if you are looking to have real freshly made pizza this is the spot to go to. The area was very clean and neat. They have inside and outside sitting areas. I order the make your own pizza, you have a choice of unlimited ingredients for just $8.25 plus tax. And you can also add extra amounts of the same ingredient, for example I added extra amounts of cheese, tomato sauce, and chicken besides the other ingredients that you see on the pizza. The pizza cooks very quick also, we order 4 different pizzas with different toppings for less than $40 dollars. We were able to feed 7 adults and still took some slices home.

Had order delivered. Ordered 1 large pizza, one medium build your own pizza and a Mexican coke. They prepared/delivered two medium pizzas and an orange fanta. It wasn’t a big deal until I called the number on the local restaurant’s website and got the generic corporate message prompts. Once I finally was able to call the actual store the phone rang until I got a message that the mailbox for the number was full and was not taking calls. So now my only option after paying close to $18 for the “convenience” of delivery(including delivery fees, driver tip etc) is to drive to the store location at dinner time and hopefully get this corrected. I am close to 43 years old and have NEVER left a bad review for a restaurant before. I understand that mistakes can happen, but having absolutely no way to correct them without wasting at least an hour of my time with my family is completely unacceptable.

First time trying this place today, was super busy yet everyone had really amazing attitudes, made us feel very welcome, even the gentleman tending to the pizza oven apologized and thanked us for our patience which wasn’t needed, but that kinda stuff doesn’t go unnoticed with us, so management plz applaud your team for bieng great. Visited there today had to wait online for approximately a half an hour with a 45 minutes. Once inside and ordered my pizza it was another 12 to 15 minute wait for them to restock the spicy marinara sauce. After completing my order I didn’t noticed a pizza was dropped inside of the pizza oven. I continue to wait for another 20 to 30 minutes to inquire where was my pizza. When asked by the manager if my pizza was the one drop the pizza cook legitimately didn’t even know. After conversing with the manager and let her know of the situation she informed me that it was not her problem either that my pizza got dropped and I did not get notified. Manager on duty with significantly disrespectful. All individuals that work in establishment did not move with a sense of haste or as if they were even serving customers. I will not recommend going there especially doing busier hours.
