Any kind of sweets is a big big no from here. I can assure you it’s never fresh. I complained once about the sweets were bad and they insisted that this is how it tastes. (Well then they make sweets with foul taste)

Tried sevpuri, unfortunately it didn’t meet any Indian standard taste. Even Idli was hard as if they were reheated and served . Overall not a good experience.

To me a good Indian restaurant has the basics right with it’s chutneys and sauces. We tested this with a basic papdi chaat, idli vada and dosa and it was disappointing. The papdi was not fresh, the chutneys were sloppily thrown on top, no real “chaat oomph”, the vada was definitely reheated not fresh. I also think being short staffed and overworked which we overheard and seen in other reviews, could result in sloppy, average quality service. Overall this place does have potential and can deliver so much better. All the best.

The food is okay, but I’ve had a horrible experience with a lost item. Their response is extremely unprofessional and even a little suspicious. I was at the restaurant 2 weeks ago and left my handbag behind when I left the restaurant. When I realized that and went back to look for it in 30 minutes or so, it was gone. The employees said nobody had reported any lost & found handbag to them. Since then, I’ve been requesting them to check the cctv footage for any information they can provide, and they’ve been giving me the run around. I’ve made multiple calls and visits, and every time they say “the manager isn’t here, we’ll give you a call as soon as he’s here “. I can’t believe the manager hasn’t been there in 2 weeks (sarcasm)! And now, whoever stole my handbag is trying to misuse my cards.

To be frank I wasn’t expecting a lot from this ginormous chat place. When we went in the place was practically empty but the washrooms were occupied. The men’s room had an out of order sign, but people seem to keep coming in and out of it. Instead of ordering chaat, we decided to order a quick early dinner. So we ordered a paneer frankie, noodles and a cheese dosa for our kid. The paneer frankie was a monstrosity. It was humungous! But it tasted quite well despite not being the traditional frankie. The noodles were better than the indo-chinese restaurant we visited a few days before. The cheese dosa was quite okay.

Their service changed, the people are rude, they increase the price on you behind your back and add additional charges. The old lady at the counter is incredibly rude and disrespectful!! .. food is pretty good but service is BEYOND HORRIBLE. Hope the owner does something about it
