Won’t go back …food very mediocre …there was a foursome with a dog at their table next to us and the dog actually ate and drank out of plastic bowls. The bowls were then left on the floor My wife is allergic. Are dogs even allowed in restaurants in New York state if they are not service dogs? Don’t go…there are way better places in Southampton!

The staff was just absolutely amazing. They treated us as if we were royalty. The food was an extravaganza. The combinations of tastes and textures and presentation. A simple dish like Brussels sprouts became a complex medley of sweet punctuated by the addition of grapes. This simple dish was a journey. This is a must go to spot here!!

Regardless of the Hamptons location, this restaurant is a one star. The food was even worst yet location and ambiance is favorable. I ordered the fish, which arrived dry loaded with overcooked vegetables as a distraction to the $55 price tag. By the time I commented they agreed to half of the dollar amount, but common courtesy – No manager came out to apologize.

Absolutely one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. I added a picture of the clearly frozen pizza that was $20 on the menu. Honestly can not believe that people come here and spend any sort of money. The wait staff was very nice and was not surprised by how much we disliked our meal. Zach Erdem should be ashamed to have his name on the menu

Amazing experience at Blu Mar, Myself and friends had dinner here Friday night. Highly recommend the watermelon Margarita. All the staff were very attentive and had a warming welcome for our birthday celebration! Food is incredible! We’l be back soon 🙂
