Good food. Prices are a little high. The owner is super nice, but every time I’ve been here I got waitresses with bad attitudes. You can barely get their attention and when you do you’re made to feel like you’re inconveniencing them to ask for something you need for your table. For example as you’re asking for something the waitress keeps walking. So I’d say horrible service.

I did not expect to eat the best corn beef hash and eggs in my life at Bob’s Diner. But here I am. The hash was perfectly crispy and actual pulled beef as opposed to the canned hash that a lot of places serve. They even serve with their Hollandaise if you ask for it. Chocolate chip pancake were incredible as well. Highly recommend!

After a very disappointing trip to Chester VT (advertised as the antique capital of VT..not!) Finding Bob’s Diner saved the 165 mile trip. Great food, great service, can eat outside on picnic tables with prices a bit high but for Manchester VT, home of exorbitant prices, not so bad. Highly recommend!

The atmosphere is what you would expect from a diner. The best part of my meal (corned beef hash and 2 eggs over easy) was definitely the corned beef hash. It was probably the best I’ve ever had. The corned beef was shredded and the potatoes were irregular shapes, where most corned beef hash is cut into tiny cubes. The shredded corned beef made the difference! My husband got eggs Benedict and thoroughly enjoyed his meal.

Absolutely loved this place. Amazing food. Wonderful service. Tried their pancakes and eggs, fries and turkey sandwich. Everything was perfect. Lesley, our waitress was very cheerful and gave us a good tip on where to get VT maple syrup. Parking is available. Will definitely come back.
