If you can’t smell fried chicken coming through the bag..bring it back for some hot, fresh out of the fryer chicken. It wasn’t fried to a crispy, golden brown either. Shame on that worker who did that.. that chicken sat there too long. Seasoning was weak too. I was traveling and kept going after ordering at the drive thru vs. checking to see if my order was correct and would have discovered it wasn’t even hot. I learned my lesson. It could have been a worse experience.

Went there ordered a sandwich with egg, got down the road it was hard and nasty & no egg. I went back asked for egg then decided to just get a refund. It’s a bunch of ignorant folks working there and they should learn not to talk about customers for their mistakes. Also while waiting for my refund, the cleanliness back there or lack there of, is less than clean. Do not eat there just saying

I got a Cajun chicken sandwich with extra pickles and it was amazing! It was spicy, and fresh. It was still hot like they just pulled it out of the fryer. I’m usually skeptical about chicken sandwiches because I’ve been burned before. They promise a great sandwich and it ends up being thin and disappointing. Well this Bojangles’ did it right. The chicken was the right size for the bun, actually spilling out of the bun. It was the perfect sandwich. It was 1:11 pm and lunch was in full swing.

Fresh hot chicken and BoBerry Biscuits…. that’s all I needed to end my road trip. Staff was very nice and accommodating by cooking the chicken before their actual time to start with no problem. I was very happy with their service.
