I have never had an issue until tonight. Some of our food was very burned. Inedible! I tried calling the restaurant and was immediately put on hold after saying hello. No one ever got back to the phone after being on hold for an hour. Just wanted my money back for the burned food. I also have a picture of the burned food.

I gave this location two stars because Pizza Hut food is always great. Do not order online or over the phone. This is the third time in 2 months that they have messed up our order. When we contacted the store, the manager Ethan explained that although he admittedly knows that the order was messed up on their part, there is nothing he could do for us unless we wanted to go to the store . We would not have ordered via phone and online if we were able to go to the store physically. We felt like we were an inconvenience to him, which really was not fair because the error was not on our part it was on his stores part. He had no interest in making this right and only made us realize not to order via telephone or online from this location. After three times getting it wrong, shame on us for continuing to order from them. It will be the last time I ordered from this location

I was doing DoorDash and went there to pick up a customer’s order. Their own driver took said order instead without the actual request from DoorDash through the app like I had. DoorDash paid me the full amount and the customer tipped through the app and I didn’t do anything. PSA. Please don’t take DoorDash orders that aren’t assigned to you. I got paid for your hard work. Sorry PizzaHut delivery driver. Beware they may take your DoorDash orders for you at their loss.

The absolute worst Pizza Hut that you can order from! Save your money! We tried two times to get the right order and unfortunately they did not only deliver the wrong order, but they also neglected to provide us with tangible solutions. The manager, Ethan Connolly made it very clear that HE was unwilling to do anything to make the situation right and neglected to provide us with any further contact to speak with anyone who could actually help us.
