The food was good . Good in temperature in flavor . The lobby does need attention I didn’t catch her name she didn’t even have a name tag on and was very rude but I’m guessing Mireya. First of all She rushed us us upon ordering and she got upset with rolling her eyes because we couldn’t hear her as if it was our fault that she wouldn’t speak up. She definitely looks like she hates her job! Customer service was not good it lacked and what seemed to be a manager looked like if she did not want to be there and needed a hair net .

Pretty good! The chicken is really good, especially the lemon pepper. Buttery, salty, tender. The service is also solid. My only issues are that they don’t have any sides besides fries, and I wish they had meal options that included more tenders. The largest meal only has 4. Didn’t try any of the desserts, but they have a big menu and they look quite good. That said, the chicken is quite good—it’s worth a shot!

Order #311on7/11/23 7:39 My order was all wrong. Not the correct number of tender. I asked for chili cheese fried and just got regular fries. The bread was all hard. And I ordered a coconut and got mango. I’m allergic to mango so I couldn’t even drink I attempted to call when I got home and after 3 calls of just ringing. I decided to just do just leave this review.

Food was good. Stopped by after a recommendation from a local. Chicken was great. Not to much breading which is what I like. Wife loved everything. If it was not for the fact they could not deliver the order I paid for I would have given 4 or 5 stars.

I’ve had exceptional service and quality at other locations. This location had all dirty tables and seating, both food and grease, and it was not busy. Employees should have had plenty of time to keep it clean. The quality of food was as expected, but the size of the tenders were literally half of what is served at all other locations I’ve visited. My wife’s grilled tenders were good and of normal size. Very disappointed in this location. Recommend other locations until they get their cleanliness and portion servings consistent.

I ordered the #2 chicken tender combo and #7 hot dog with limeade drinks. They both were really good. I like the buns they use for the hot dogs, top cut so the stuff doesn’t fall out. The place is really small luckily it wasn’t full when we went.

We tried this place while in town for lunch. The chicken is cooked fresh to order and you can get mild, spicy and grilled. I ordered the spicy and my partner ordered the grilled. Both hot and juicy and very delicious. You can get several types of dipping sauces. I enjoyed the Mango Habanero and my partner liked the Boss sauce. The restaurant was clean as were the restrooms. The coconut tea is fantastic as is the mango tea. They have a small dining area for eating as well as outdoor dining tables. We enjoyed the service and food very much and cannot wait until we are back in the area to eat there again.

Since Boss opened I have been going with my family every couple of months. At first it was worth the price and the tenders were a good size. HOWEVER, now the tenders are smaller and the choice of flavors is not great. If you want the spicy or lemon pepper you will just get the tenders doused in pepper and one has a lemon powder added. I hated Raising Canes when they opened and loved Boss. Now, my family and I prefer Raising Canes and will no longer be going to Boss.

I ordered a boss salad and the lettuce was all wilted gross!!!!!! They should have thrown that salad away two days ago. The 2 strips of chicken were good. Wow that is what you think of your customers
