Burger King has really gone downhill, over the past few years. It doesn’t seem that there is any system to get orders out correctly or in a timely manner. This place was no different. People milling around the kitchen. No rhyme or reason to how orders get to customers. Pieces come out, then you wait forever for the rest. Call in orders don’t matter; you’ll still wait forever. And this was in an empty restaurant with very few people in the drive-thru.

Pulled into the Drive-thru at York Burger King. Voice comes on speaker, said one moment. In no rush we sit there. A couple of minutes a different voice comes on, and said , did anyone tell you our fryers are down? We replied no. Nobody said anything. In a rude sarcastic voice, she said , Well Im telling you now. We were getting food for our family. But l won’t be back. Nor will my family. If you dislike your job that much. Find something else !!

Ordered whoppers with cheese. Got Jr whoppers with cheese. After telling the attendant 3 times # 1 which are Whoppers. When I asked to just be given the correct order the “manager child” wanted my card back I refused. Then just asked for my food and the “manager child” screamed at me and slammed the window. Called corporate they stated they would notify the store to contact me. Have never heard from them.

You like what you like, but some of the staff truly would rather be at home than getting hours on the clock. The place needs a face lift. I will eat there again and again even though these facts exist. Yummy whopper, no one else has that taste.

Love there fries , especially when they are fresh out! I usually get them fresh out, sometimes though it can be hit or miss! Don’t really do fast ⏩ food and if I do it’s usually fries and/or drinks. Never been inside so can’t tell you the atmosphere there, however, drive thru is, for the most part, quickest!
